Is it RTG or Geographiecraft that provides the custom terrain settings in the snapshot version when you make a new world (I thought it was Geographiecraft but it says RTG at the top)? Because I'm wondering why there's no global permanent settings in either one of the mods config files for things like the (vanilla) water & lava pools (that setting also does not seem to work on Mountain biomes, which I think are from BoP) or the snow layers (doesn't work well with serene seasons because it immediately melts them away). I also remember that in the past there was an option to disable things like poison ivy from BoP which seems to be missing too. And what are "water / lava spouts" exactly? The source blocks that usually end up going down mountains and caves?

Is there a rough estimate of when we could expect a first playable test version for 1.12?

I tried just Geographiecraft + BoP but the terrain looks like crap, and the water & lava pools that spawn absolutely everywhere are killing me (from the inside).

I tried biome bundle & OTG too, but as mentioned it is super crashy, it has issues with some mods, and I personally don't like how nonsensical it is with how it sometimes even mixes hot and cold climates. The advertised 400 "original" biomes is also not really true unless you count every single variation and sub biome as their own unique biome (or there is something preventing 98% of them to actually spawn).

    TL:DR I miss RTG. :(

I hope there will be something for 1.14 too because I have a really hard time playing MC without it. But the vanilla 1.13 & 1.14 changes actually do look good (mild surprise).
