Breaking these rules will result in a ban.
Rule #1: No hacking.
Rule #2: Do not ask for Guard or Staff.
Rule #3: Do not glitch out of the prison.
Tip #1: Scamming is allowed.
Tip #2: There is a secret shop.
Tip #3: Guards will not kill you for no reason.
Tip #4: Obsidian is the PvP border.
- A guard will kill you after they see you attack someone
- You may not run into a safe-zone after hitting a guard. (They will count down from 5, to get out and if you don't listen, you will be jailed)
- If a guard sees you with a contraband item, they will count down from 5, and if you do not listen this will happen:
- In a PvP zone the guard will kill you.
- In a Non-PvP zone, the guard will jail you.
- Do not throw the item to another player, the guard may jail you for that as well.
Use /rankup to rankup.
The worst rank, by far. Here, you can mine at the D-Mine, which contains Iron ore, Coal ore, and cobblestone. There is also a log mine, where you can mine for wood, and even get leaves, if a have sears.
Congrats, on ranking up from the lowest block. Here you will need more scraps (Our currency) to rankup. But you will receive new mines, which are better and another tree mine.
Wow!! Great job on ranking up to our first, actually luxurious block! You might find ranking up easyer and a lot more fun when you get here. At this block you will find, 2 more mines, Netherrack, and Sponge, and you will also find a Cow farm, so you will never have to pay for food again! PvP is also OFF in this block.
Awesome job, you are now a dedicated, and respected prisoner! You now have every block in the fist courtyard right in front of your eyes! But at A-block you will see 2 More mines, loaded with fantastic things, and a fishing lake, in the middle of A. Another easy solution for food. You can also roam the block without being afraid of getting killed, because PvP is off here too.
You have now made it two the second foyer! Nobody will mess with you anymore, you are highly respected and an outgoing prisoner. At X you will find a awesome mob farm and two more great mines!
Terrific Job! You can almost smell the fresh air! At Y block you can almost access anything and get materials very easily!
Wow! Really well done. You are one step away from being Freed and you can now access any block you wish. Do not underestimate the mines you see in Z because when you start digging you will see why we did that. P.S: Watch out for lava!

Convicted is definitely dying. So many old and good players are getting banned for pathetic reasons and that is also making other players quit. We really need Viper to come back to the server because bit by bit Noakii and Ben are destroying it. Majority of players including some alphas are just getting sick of all the crap and have openly said they are getting bored of the server.
There are not enough new players coming to the server to make up for the amount of people getting banned and people quitting. The only way to save it is for the Wardens to stop banning people for invalid reasons, although lots of damage has already been done and it might be to late to save.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: All i had done was used /helpop to ask what the current rules where regarding selling bp. About 2 minutes later i asked ben if he saw my helpop and he replied with "Last time i checked i was not blind". I then asked him why he did not answer and he replied with pretty much said he can't be bothered. After 2 minutes of waiting for a answer again i then said in chat "I guess i have to wait for a real warden to come online". Moments later i was temp banned for 20 days, i then proceeded to go on my other account to ask why and before i could even log on it was already banned for 20 days also.
My ban was randomly changed to permanent for a unknown reason on both of my accounts.
Any additional information: I think this is a very stupid ban reason and this is not the first time, i was recently tempbanned for 7 days for "apparently" not answering a question ben had asked me.

How is that proof at all, you took a screenshots of 2 swords in a completely different place, you could of just banked the swords somewhere then gotten 2 ty ones and taken a screenshot.
