Mine Crawl 4.0 Server Update

• The server has been completely changed! The server will not longer take place in a survival setting!
• Joining the server as a Hero will spawn you on an island containing a shop and nether portal.
• Entering the shop and `right clicking` on the villager will allow you to exchange experience levels for custom kits and items.
• The spawn island also contains basic materials that will regenerate as well as chests and ender chests
• Upon entering the nether portal on the island you will be sent on a dungeon run. Heroes must defeat the dungeons and retrieve different artifacts to their ender chest to face the ender dragon! Each dungeon contains tons of loot and mobs! good luck!
• Server spawn has been updated with resources for players , a portal to the dungeons, and a Hero Shop.
• Three information boards regarding information on How to Play as Heroes, Ghosts, as well as Dungeon information.
• The dungeon information board shows tips on dungeon gameplay and displays the player with the most kills.
• The player with the most kills can claim rewards. This is updated every time the server loads.
• The hero and ghost information boards will explain how to play as a Hero and Ghost.
• The player with the most votes will also have their name and player head displayed and can likewise redeem rewards.
• Dungeons are completely updated and open to explore! Teleport to a random dungeon by going through the portal at spawn.
• Here are few tips when exploring dungeons: Keep an eye out for beds, anvils, and brewing stands. There are rare and should be taken advantage of.
• Heroes can sleep in a bed to set their home / re-spawn point. This is useful because the portal does not take you to the same dungeon every time.
• Inventory overwrite functions have been updated. Heroes will now have the option to choose which inventory they would like loaded if there's a conflict
• Vacant Hero slots will now be open to all nearby Ghosts and a GUI window will be opened to them.

Crawl Custom Survival 2.0 Update

The server has been down for the past three days for a major update! The server is now running Minecraft 1.16.3 Java Edition! The server is now back online with a fresh new world!

Crawl Custom Survival Update 2.0
New Features:
+ Server Updated to Minecraft 1.16.3
+ ALL 1.16 Mobs can now be possessed by players
* Some mob abilities are still not added
+ Chat tags reworked
+ Ghosts now recieve five exp levels every five mintues
+ Up to Two main players by default. Six players must be online to have Three Heroes
+ When joining as a Hero, your deathchest will be opened to you at no expense
+ Each Hero will now start off with one ender pearl, Apples, stone hoe, stone shovel, and a some leather pants
+ New Server Spawn
+ Land Protection
- Claim land by sleeping in your bed
- Up to (one) chunk per player;
- Gives mining fatigue to enemies
- Chunks will not block explosions fire or other
- Spawn is griefable to an extent that blocks destroyed by explosions will be regenerated
- Use the command /chunk for chunk information
- Add / Remove other players from your chunk with /chunk

Improvements:
* Store GUI improved
* Custom Items and store functions reworked for a much better performance
* Ghost Morph functions reworked for much better performance
* Ghosts will now receive all drops/held items/armor from targeted mobs
* Rotten flesh now also increases mining speed for ghosts(edited)

Features Removed:
- Stats command removed
- Bugs command removed

Upcoming Features:
+ Mob Bosses that will spawn once a certain level is met by heroes
+ Ghosts will recieve increased attack damage per set of armor for Heroes
+ Ghosts will soon be allowed to ride mobs/monsters/and even other ghosts (ADDED BUT IN TESTING)

Known bugs:
x Enderman get turned facing the wrong way when teleporting

How to Play (1.16.4 Java Edition)

Players must play as either a Hero or Ghost. Ghosts play in spectator mode with the ability to control mobs/monsters. Ghosts must kill a Hero, in order to become a Hero. Ghosts can unlock artifacts as well as spawn and upgrade monsters using experience levels.

Heroes play in survival mode and must defeat of dungeon levels in order to win. Heroes are able to purchase custom kits, items and enchantments using experience levels. Heroes are also able to craft custom spells. Learn more at the server wiki page.

Server Status

The server is now back online!

Death chest will now be cleared every THREE hours

Death chest loop radius improved.

Fixed [Sometimes when under water at great depths, the death chest would not spawn] - Bats and Bees now have a max health of ONE heart



When becoming the main player, you will recieve resistance X for 60 seconds

To summon ghost artifacts; You must now be atleast 50 blocks away from a main player

Exp drops have been balanced.

Exp equal to half of the player's/ghost's max health will be dropped



Player and Monster hearts have been capped at a max of FIVE bonus hearts.

Player and Monster hearts now cost 15 exp levels

Each boss cost 10 exp levels or a Heathen Scripture!

There will be a server event held on Tuesday, and Wednesday July 21st, 22nd at 6:00 PM (Central Time).

New Items

* Human heart - consume a human heart to add 1 heart to yout player's max health
* Monster heart - Consume a monster heart to add 1 heart to all your monsters
* Enlightned Script - Give your monsters a faster cooldown
* Heathen Script - Give your monsters more powerful abilities
* Feather of Squinting Shrimp - You gain speed when your health falls belows a third
* Bone Charm - You gain strength when your health falls below a third
* Monster Toe - Eat this toe to give all your monsters speed
* Vampire Ring - You are healed after doing damage to enemies, but the curse cuts your health in half
* Ring of the Acid Curse - Your enemies take posion if they attack you once your health is below a third
