I'm looking for players that are interested in joining a server that will be opened on weekends only. The reason for it only being opened on weekends is because I will be live streaming the content. Everyone is welcome to watch the stream, but in order to play with us on the server, you need to comment below saying why you are interested, and giving me verification that you will participate on the date and time specified. I will then proceed to send you a PM with the IP address.
At this point, you are probably wondering what the server itself is like. The server is mostly vanilla, except for a couple plugins. On the first opening weekend, it will be a completely fresh start. It will be a truly difficult survival experience, with nights being the most dangerous. Caverns will also be very frightening; darkness is your enemy. You will need to build up defenses very quickly, because running only prolong the inevitable. You can also form alliances with other players to help the survival effort. You aren't required to cooperate with other players if you prefer to survive alone.
The rules are as follows:
1. No spamming in chat
2. No cheating or otherwise exploiting
3. You are encouraged to coop with other players, though it isn't required
4. PvP and griefing currently aren't allowed, but will be considered for the future

Hey everyone, myself and a few friends of mine from time to time are going to be streaming some survival gameplay on a vanilla 1.7 minecraft server. Hello Minecrafters! We are a brand new server looking for a good number of players to join up and try your skills to survive. While this server is almost completely vanilla, it utilizes a few plugins and admin controlled events that make the game more interesting.
-Random Events:It could be today. It could be tonight. It might happen multiple times, or not for a few days. Monsters may gather up in hordes. Creepers may become immune to projectiles. Paranormal activity may occur. This and much more are what expect from random events. The server will alert you before these begin. -No Griefing:If you only come to this server to grief, we will know and you will be banned. In addition to that, anything you destroy or steal will be rolled back as if it never even happened. So don't bother. -Log Books:Keep track of your journeys in books with quills and present them to admins to put in our spawn library for everyone to read. -Co-Op:We encourage everyone to work together. The bigger your group, the better your chance of survival.
We wanted to implement everything we could to make the game of survival more fun. The difficulty itself isn't always increased, but depending on the random events that occur, it may become hard to handle. Don't worry though, these events don't permanently persist, they only last for specified times.
Please read our rules board when you enter the game, it isn't too much to read. The rules are very simple, don't cheat, don't kill others, don't grief, and have fun of course! Players who intentionally grief will be banned without question. Spammers will be muted. Any other minor offenses will cause the player to serve jail time. Feel free to ask questions on this forum post, and stay tuned to it for updates. We will occasionally post events and activities to show what we are all about!
