My friends and I are trying to use the mod on the server for 1.10.2. We're having trouble taming them. We have a few mods and it works in single player, but not in multiplayer. Anyone else having this issue?
Same issue here. No matter what I do, it won't open. I've tried
buttons, levers, player sensors, redstone torches, and any other thing
from other mods that give off a redstone signal...
Same here. I also tried putting a redstone signal under the door, which did nothing. I watched a video of someone doing a simple demonstration with just 3 door panels and couldn't get that to work.
My friend and I are currently having an issue with the garage doors. They don't seem to work and they stay closed. We tried using levers, buttons, redstone signals under the door and nothing seems to work. I tested this in single player and multi player. We're using mod version 1.9.4-5.0.2 for minecraft 1.10.2 and core version 1.9.4-4.1.1. Any idea as to why this could be happening?
It's so good to see this mod up and running again! Just dropped by here after seeing the Yogscast do a small review on it for YogLabs. I saw this mod some time ago and I wanted to use it, but I didn't understand the language the mod was in. Looks like I'll be using this mod, now.
As for suggestions, um, maybe make some way to create super hamster that can attack things for you kind of like wolves. Or maybe they can dig a small 1x1 block tunnel and come back to you with cheeks full of goodies. XD
Thanks to the new update, our server works, and pokemon are no longer invisible. We still run into an untextured trainer from time to time and we can't hear the pokemon sounds. We can hear the music just fine. Aside from the untextured trainer has anyone else had any trouble hearing the pokemon sounds?
EDIT: I forgot to mention that this issue is in multiplayer. I haven't had this problem in single player.
I'm having an issue with Mo Creatures, Flowercraft, and Biomes O Plenty. For some reason, MoC and BoP work fine together, but when I add Flowercraft, it keeps BoP from populating the BiomesOPlenty.cfg properly so no mobs spawn except for at night and in the water. Since it's located in the MoCreatures > Biomes directy, I figured these were files generated by MoC. When I have Flowercraft installed with these two, the BiomesOPlenty.cfg file looks like this:
I tried pasting the complete file into the stunted one, but it just resets whenever I generate or load a world. Since all three mods seem to be involved with this process in some way, I'm posting this issue on MoC and Flowercraft's thread to see if the problem can be explained. Not sure if I need to put this on the BoP thread as well.

I'm using the Gui APi for 1.5.2, Custom Mob Spawner 2.2.2, Mo creatures 5.2.2, Biomes o Plenty 0.5.4, and Flowercraft for 1.5.2
You can catch a stingray in a fishing net. Then, if you right click in water, you'll be able to name the stingray. I can't remember the recipe for the net, though. It involves shark teeth, I believe. Someone posted it somewhere on these forums.
As well as these 'mini ponies', horses don't seem to be breeding properly. When I tried this mod a while ago, I could breed them right. But now, they just breed the same as one of the parent horses (black and white = black baby for example). Help? Are horses having lots of gliches lately? For anybody else?
Last time I looked at the config file when Mo Creatures was updated, easy breeding was set to false by default. That means that every time you breed two horses, you're not going to get a different horse every time. Set easy breeding to true for that to happen. I hope that helps. I'm not sure about the tiny horses, though.
I have a problem with the dev version. I know it is the dev version because I have no other mods installed besides the ones required for this, and they work just fine if mo creatures isn't installed. When I try to play, I can't open a world. I can play multiplayer just fine, but if I try to make a single player world or load a saved one I just get the background screen (the dirt texture). The game doesn't crash, it's just like it is loading, but it never stops. The only way to close it is with task manager. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
I've had the same problem. I have all the mods required to join their server. I can join their server just fine, but the client freezes when I try to make a single player map. It doesn't really crash, so there is no crash report. It just stalls.
CoralReef mod works with BOP, its lit coral is great for Mo Creatures fish watching.
Wow. I didn't know the Coral Reef mod was still being updated. I thought it was discontinued some time ago. Glad you mentioned it, though. It's definitely going on my mod list. Hopefully, I can use it on my friends' server once Mo Creatures stabilizes and officially updates to 1.5.2
Having an issue finding a cave scorpion any tips or bugs with them?
I've found cave scorpions to be very uncommon and difficult to find with the default settings. Turning the spawn rate up might give you a better chance of finding them.
I the Mo Creatures server up. I'm having problems connecting to it. Also, I loaded the mods that were recommended for the 1.5.2 set up and my client still crashes when I try to make a new world in single player.
It's compatible with all mods that add biomes like BOP and ExtraBiomesXL. If you are using a server, you can create or modify existing biome groups in MoCBiomeGroups.cfg. You then assign them to creatures in config/MoCreatures/Creatures
I saw your post saying that the server was being kept at 1.5.1 due to the BoP changes. When I try to use their latest version of of BoP for 1.5.2 I get this error when I try to create a world in single player (this was generated by MultiMC so I tried to highlight the areas when I try to make a new world in single player)

Updated MoCreatures Server to new DEV version. Due to BOP changes in 1.5.2, I've decided to keep the server on 1.5.1 for now. In order to connect you will need the following :
1. MC 1.5.1 (Forge 682 or lower)
2. MoCreatures 5.2.0 DEV
3. CustomSpawner 2.0.0 DEV
4. GuiAPI GuiAPI-0.15.4-1.5.1
5. Twilight Forest 1.17.2
6. ExtrabiomesXL-universal-1.5.1-3.13.0
It should work fine in 1.5.1, just make sure to use GuiAPI for 1.5.1
Do you think that the updated Mo Creatures will be compatible with Biomes O' Plenty in the future?
I got a chance to play with the new DEV release in 1.5.2. So far, it runs really well and I didn't have any spawn rate issues. Later, I plan on trying it with a few other mods that work for 1.5.2 and seeing how it handles there. I may even fiddle with config files since I'd like to use this with Biomes O Plenty and ExtraBiomes XL. So far so good, at least.
PS. This was all in single player. not sure if I'll test this is multiplayer since any issue I've had with the previous version tends to happen in multiplayer.

Wow. I didn't know the Coral Reef mod was still being updated. I thought it was discontinued some time ago. Glad you mentioned it, though. It's definitely going on my mod list. Hopefully, I can use it on my friends' server once Mo Creatures stabilizes and officially updates to 1.5.2

I've found cave scorpions to be very uncommon and difficult to find with the default settings. Turning the spawn rate up might give you a better chance of finding them.

I saw your post saying that the server was being kept at 1.5.1 due to the BoP changes. When I try to use their latest version of of BoP for 1.5.2 I get this error when I try to create a world in single player (this was generated by MultiMC so I tried to highlight the areas when I try to make a new world in single player)

Do you think that the updated Mo Creatures will be compatible with Biomes O' Plenty in the future?

PS. This was all in single player. not sure if I'll test this is multiplayer since any issue I've had with the previous version tends to happen in multiplayer.
