Overall this is a good server. It holds true to it's promise of hardcore PvP while still being fun and interactive to play on. The staff is mature as are most of the players, I'd happily recommend this server to anyone needing a place to play. ^^

Short character bio for your character:
Born to poor farmers outside of a small trading town, Toru was raised knowing nothing but the basics of the universally spoken language and how to farm. After finding an old, rusted sword in the back of the storehouse, he began to train with it after the sun had set every day for years. One night an elven assailant attacked the small trade village, burning it to the ground and murdering all of its population. After he was forced to watch his father stabbed and his mother raped and killed, Toru was left to die in the quickly burning house. He escaped and swore revenge on the one who murdered his parents and burned his village. Taking only what food he could carry and the old sword, he followed the elf to a small cabin deep in the woods. He swiftly took his revenge on the elf in his sleep. He then used the cabin as his own home and armed himself with what the elf had: a bow, many arrows, and a small iron dagger. Lost in the bloodlust, he promised to avenge his village by killing every elf he came across. Now, as an adult, Toru patrols the area around his cabin endlessly, only going into the nearest human village for food and other necessities. He has collected a large amount of weapons from every elf he has killed. He is not afraid of anyone and is very headstrong and arrogant. He doesn't know too much, but his speech has improved greatly due to the frequent visits to the different villages.
Good server, good community, definitely staying. The small community is great because everyone knows each other on a personal level. Try to apply guys, it's definitely worth it.

A little about the type of player you are: I enjoy building and mining, and I always PvP if possible. I tend to, once I begin a project, see it through to then end, even if that means 6 hours a day for 5 days. I spend too much time on this game.
Are you more of a solo builder or like teaming up?: I prefer to group with one or two other people; why play multiplayer if you're going to stay away from everyone? Large towns I don't fit into though, I need a lot of room.

If you ban people for giving you suggestions such as "Don't kill people with spawned items and illegit. enchantments because it's not fair" by calling that "being a jerk," then that just solidifies my case that you're an abusive and unfair admin. This server is certainly NOT a good one, and any new members thinking about going on should just stop and find a new one right now. I hope you come to see that you cannot expect to run a good server when admins are running around with items that can't be obtained legitimately and killing every new player they see. This server is terrible. The owners, as soon as I joined, killed me multiple times with spawned items and illegitimate enchantments. They then refused to compensate me for the power I lost and even banned me for the reason of "we r the owners.we do what we want." I then log on with a different account and told them that they shouldn't kill noobs with the spawned items. In response, they ban me for the reason "stupid." (http://puu.sh/C7tC) The server has lag spikes of up to 20 seconds, the "awesome spawn" is copy+pasted from from a previous schematic made by someone else. Overall, the server sucks, the admins suck, the spawn might be the only good thing about it, and that's copied from someone else. 0/10, would not play. Ever.

What are you GOOD at in MINECRAFT? I build, manage plugins, almost everything, really. I know all the in-game ins and outs of vanilla MC. Plugin-wise, I have decent information about the larger ones, such as PermissionsEx, McMMO, and things like that.

Anything we should know about your past on MINECRAFT? Other than the fact that my brother used to use the account until he got his own a few weeks ago, not really. A few of my bans may be from him, I'm not sure what he did.
How much time could you put into the server? Summer vacation, no life, I could spend at the very least 5 hours a day on it. More most of the time.
Any suggestions for the server? I think that, personally, the lag was terrible. Managing the amount of players on at a time would reduce that greatly, I know for a fact that the server cannot handle 68 people
Anything else we should know about YOU?? I have both owned, administrated, and moderated various servers before. My own server went down after 3 months because I couldn't pay for the hosting. I have been head-admin on one server, I pretty much managed the plugins all day. I know that you guys do not know me at all, and I don't expect you to trust me right away, but I'd like you to take me into consideration because I do think that the server has potential. It just needs a kick-start.
EDIT: I'd like to mention also that I have -many- plugin suggestions for the server, starting at the basic NoCheatPlus, PermissionsEx, WorldGuard, ect...
This server was nice, I will admit that I enjoyed the time I spent on it.
I would like to warn future players that there is only one admin on the server, and that is Sleepz himself. While he is on often, I don't think one person is enough to effectively moderate a server. A suggestion to Sleepz: Hire at least 2 other people to help you run the server. Perhaps if you did that, hackers would be kept in check better, and you wouldn't have to reset the entire server, causing everyone to lose their ****.
That's just my opinion. Some people may like having a few stacks of diamonds and 7 sets of armor lost - you never know(:
