Enough of the intro, you are here to know how to apply for staff. Below is what staff we currently need, a description of the position and the format
Helper: (1/4). The helpers duty is well, to help out, The main purpose of the helper on grassblock is to see if players are having a good time on the server. Another role of this rank is to get players suggestions and to present it to staff on staff meetings. Helpers will also look out for players that are not following the rules. The main purpose of you player accepted as helpers is to make sure that the server is a friendly place for players. NOTE: if you get accepted, you are Most likely will be put into this position
Requirements: Must have a skype, Must speak English fluently ( chances of you getting accepted increases if your multilingual) must be age 12 and up ( unless you show a lot of maturity) working microphone. Flexible hours ( having Minechat will increase your chances by a bit)
Moderator(1/3): The next rank up of the staff ladder after Helper. The main purpose of the Moderator is to make sure that everyone is being fair and no one is disobeying the rules. You guys are the server police. You guys are expected to keep the server safe and to fill out ban reports after you banned/kicked/muted a user. present them at staff meetings. You are expected to act maturely all the time and not abuse your rank.( will lead into a demotion possibly a ban)
Requirements: Same as helper. Must have experience, low ban rate 0-4 ( low number on how many times you gotten banned on a server) Flexible Hours. age 13 and up
Admin: (0/2) The Final Staff rank you can achieve ( Unless we really like you and put you into a different position) You are one of the most important staff members on the server, your job is the same as a moderator as well as fixing the server when there are issues and fixing bugs/glitches on the server. You basically make sure the server is properly running the right way. (do not think you are the big man on the server, cause you are not) You still need to be respectful and friendly and not abuse your rank. you are important though. Note: low chance on getting this rank spot right on. Do not get pissed if you do not get admin right away( shows immaturity)

Little about myself. I am a very experienced minecraft player, best with administrating a server. I can keep griefers,hackers and bots out of your server. I am loyal trustworthy and friendly.

-How will you help the server? Well, I can help the server with a ton of things, You name it! I am a very flexible player and i can help out with any given task mentioned. Building, Mentoring, Permissions, moderating, basically everything. I cant really give how i can help out because I am a very well rounded player.
-How much hours a day can you be on the server? Well, right now, not a lot but my summer break is coming up and im planning to dedicate it to the server, so basically everyday at least for a couple of hours. I am flexible, so when you need me on the server i could join. I also have minechat that allows me to access the server though my phone so if im not on the server for PC then ill join through minechat

-How much servers have you been staff on? Currently I am an admin on a server called MysticalCraft. I have plenty of experience as a staff member, I have been on many server and achieved many high ranks like head admin, admin, Operator and even Co-Owner. So you know I am trustworthy enough. I have been staff on many many servers that are offline. I have even owned my own server before. I had 3 servers i owned or helped own. Scorpious Networks, HexiCraft and Alpha craft. As the co owner or host, I had many tasks, like: handling staff, making sure the server works properly, adding needed plugins and much more. I made sure people were donating and that the server is not running out of money. It was a stressful position but it was well worth the time and effort. in conclusion I consider myself as a VERY EXPERIENCED staff member.
-How many times have you been banned? when I was young, I was very immature. I use to go around messing with servers and getting banned for either griefing and some hacking. I assure you now that this is not me anymore. I can not give you how many times i have been banned from a server but i hope that does not hurt my chances. i will say that I have learned that messing with servers is horrible, as my time as server owner/co owner, i see so many people disobeying that it made it not fun. From that experienced I learned that I need to stop being immature and ruining servers for fun. Now I have not gotten banned in a while.
-How many times have you been muted? I have never been muted.
-Why should you be staff? I love helping out! Its what I enjoy most about playing on multiplayer servers. I get the chance to make a difference in my minecraft community. I just want to help you out on a new server. I am a very mature person and I take work seriously. I am not no OP/Staff hunter and looking to be a host or a co owner for the power. I want this high position to make a difference on your server. Basically I want to be that staff member that people look up too and to want to become staff, all because of me and the other staff members. I obey all rules and I make sure all players obey the rules. I am very patient and understanding (which is needed in staff) and I wouldn't abuse my rank. -What would you do if you saw a player breaking the rules? Well, I go by my philosophy on " The Punishment should fit the crime". If a player misbehaves in a minor offense like talking back and advertising. I would go on a small offense like a mute or a kick. Medium crimes like Intense swearing/ racist and sexist remarks or something in the middle, I would do A mute then kick and finally a TempBan. Banning should be last resort in this situation just mentioned. If a big offense occurs like Griefing or PVP hacks (KillAura, AutoAim, flying) Then I would immediately ban them and IP BAN them because griefing and hacking is forbidden.
