Back in 1.1 I was averaging 300 frames in single player and 150+ in multiplayer. Now in 1.2 I'm getting at best 35~40 sustained in single player. I'm looing at the debug screen and my memory seems to be looping from 6% up to 38% over and over.
Okay, I ended up deleting my bin folder on accident (swapping between a few of them with select mods in each) and when I re-installed this. I'm getting 20FPS whereas I was getting 50+ easy when I first had this.
Have you changed anything?
EDIT:
I'm using the 1.1.02 shaders and OptiFine MT build.
hey love the mod but no matter what i do the motion blur is ridicoulously high and its too hard for me to move and i have a high end computer so i know its not the ram or graphics card
In his post towards the end he tells you how to get rid of it.
It depends on your GPU. There's a certain limit of shadows resolution totally depending of your GPU. The more memory it has, the better shadows you get.
LOL. I'm using a GTX480 1.5GB - 2 if I could SLI on java but yeah. So I should have some pretty crisp shadows there....
How do you manage to allocate more memory than what you have? [ rhetorical ]
I believe you may have FPS issues because you improperly removed a mod and there are conflicting mods still active. Backup your bin folder, delete the original and download a new one. Re-install mods one by one to determine which one is potentially causing the issue.

EDIT: Once I get this issue solved. I will gladly record a 1080p video showing this off for you Sonic.
I also remembered another problem I'm having with this. The following video will show.
