My laptop always gets hot when playing, but it rarely becomes a problem this fast. I've played games like CoD 4 at a playable fps before, and I don't see why this game should be harder to run.
I just re-entered the server I'm playing on. It's running at 17 fps(With a constant lag).

I'm experienceing problems with FPS in this game. The first 2 minutes of most games will have a steady and smooth ~30 fps, but after a while my fps goes crazy and almost indefinitely drops to about 2-5 fps.
I've tried lowering the fog vision and the first few seconds improves the fps, but then it goes back to the usual 2-5 fps.
Any idea?
I'm running on a laptop, Windows XP, dual core.
