    I appreciate your kind words. Unfortunately, I am leaving the Minecraft community at the end of July and do not have an exact date that I will will be returning (if I return).     This pack isn't for you then. I have not heard of anyone having such difficulty. I played through a few times and have watched steams with people who have progressed as far as the quests well allow.


    You need to update the pack for one, as plants grow in the latest update. Two, you clearly didn't read or just don't understand quest progression. I could try to explain things in more detail but it's not meant to be easy. The darkness... just get used to it. It's not just for atmosphere it surves a purpose. Playing with Waila will ruin the quests and secret locations. It's out for a reason.


    I've also changed the map to not be hardcore.


    There is only glowstone on the nether island.


    The use for the hammer is explained IN THE BOOK! If you don't know how to do something it's because you haven't reached a quest that explains it yet.


    The issues you're complaining about are mostly by design and won't be changing. Things like quest bugs will be fixed however. Sacrificing a life at the beginning is not that hard... what is the problem?


    Try watching some tutorials or steamers that play the pack. That should offer some guidance.

    There is a torch hidden in the nether, you can also light up the nether by using glowstone (also sorta hidden). I've seen people do some crazy things with what they have, you just need to be creative.


    Also be sure to update to the latest version of the pack and run the pack updates to make sure all of your settings and map updates are complete.

    Moist blocks (for now) are only saplings and leaves but will be updated later to include many other items. I wrote moist blocks with another concept in mind that has yet to be implemented so I apologize for the confusion.


    Placing a torch under a compost bin will heat up the contents and produce condensation. Get the water with a bucket.

    Version 0.1.5.0 increased plant/tree growth, increased dirt drops (including bones), and reduced some quest requirements. Please make sure you're up to date.


    I will be releasing 0.1.5.1 later this week with more fixes and updates.

    Ah yes. Sometimes I forget that it's not as easy for some people to assemble the server files. I really wish Curse offered the server downloads as well.


    That being said, it's not advised to mix the ATL and CV versions (although I should be maintaining them both at the same rate) because I often push changes to Curse to test fixes. If you wish to have the most up to date version, stick with Curse... it's just so much easier for me to manage.


    I will see what I can do about hosting the server files on the repo. I'm not sure what the rules are regarding that so if anyone knows, please yell at me. My first thought is that since I have the permissions to redistribute and the repo doesn't offer any monetary gain on my end, it should be alright.


    There should be an update available tomorrow (0.1.5.1) on Curse so keep an eye out for that.

    Yes, it's a bug that has been fixed in 0.1.5.0, coming out later today. Loamy dirt was needed for another quest so I hope you didn't use it all...
