    I have forge for 1.7.10 yesterday it was fine and now it suddenly stopped working and started saying "Internal Windows Shutting down" i did everything, including re downloading mine craft 3 times, checking the java prefs and it STILL keeps doing that .

    please help, i would really appreciate that
