Oh. I have another idea how about an infinite use sword but one that does minor damage possibly stupid I just thought that it may help new players to get to a better weapon maybe something like half a heart damage
The player's fist is exactly like that. Infinite durability and low damage. That would just be absolutely useless and wasteful.
Not quite that much. You should ask the creator of the "Aether extended" mod if there is an update and as he isn't in the aether team, it would be better to ask in his thread. The Aether extended is no official update to the aether, but only a fan made mod (Technicly all mods are, but it still is kind of a difference. I'm not talking about quality of mods here, I haven't tested AE yet.)
When you ask for a mod like this on another thread, you should probably give a more information or people might get confused (like me :tongue.gif: ).

Sometimes I wonder what people think when they write comments. Often I have the feeling they don't think at all.
"Aether extended"? The Aether mod itself isn't finished at all, even though they call it "final". There is a massive amount of bugs and incompabilities they have to work on and that's a higher priority than adding even more content to the mod.
Why would you even make an "Aether extended" mod, when the aether itself already is a mod? Wouldn't it be better to just add the stuff to the aether mod instead of creating a completely new one?
There was an extended aether update which added red moas, phoenixes, and a ton of new items. I don't know if this is already in the mod as of now, but I would like it to be added if not. It could be implemented along with the fixes. Have you ever watched AdamZoneTopMarks GameChap? The episodes listed ahead are on Aether Extended Mod:

I noticed another bug. When trying to fight Valkrys (However the hell you spell it :tongue.gif:) it won't let you attack them. Whenever I try to attack, they just teleport away.
Get off of peaceful mode. Valkyries can only attack you, or vice-versa, if you're on a difficulty setting which allows hostile mobs to spawn.
