11seconds, and it says it all. I've adjusted more settings and nothings helping. I even did 30mins of an adventure map I wanted to record as well, and it's all through the video with some choppy parts.
A second issue is more so towards the server side of minecraft,
I'm using the Dungeons of Denalia map-pack, How could I get the texture pack to work on a server?
Trying to setup my minecraft server and when setting an IP in the file, If i enter my IP4 I can connect to it, and so can others IF i change Online-mode to false. Which isnt what I want. When I enter my global IP to the server file and launch the server, it instantly shuts down, and thats it. just dead, Up... then down. All my ports are forwarded, i literally just cant do a 4 step process: Download, portforward, Enter IP, Launch. NOPE. just refuses to work for me.
This is getting annoying as every time i try opening a server these petty issues consistently happen. Whats worse is it's ALWAYS something different. First it was as simple as a file's name change, now what? Why is this happening? All my ports are forwarded(PROPERLY) and EVERYTHING is done AS IT SHOULD BE. So what is this lame excuse that microsoft has to offer me after continuously pushing out bugs, errors, issues, and capitalism in every update so nonchalantly
By 4, do you mean like the pay-to-host servers? right now budget's a bit restrictive, to put it mildly. Also I've no idea how to get people to join through advertising.
What I mean by #3 is, If you go to No-ip you can setup a host which uses your IP address and i guess masks? it anyway it directs to the same place, but you could use like Examplename.servgame.Com or something to handout to players, instead of always having to dig up your IP. What I would like is something more clean like Examplecraft.com or ExamplePVPforScrubCraft.com
By 2 I mean, through means of Vanilla hosting. So without technic or bukkit as a necessity.
and for 1: just map-ownership claims (the wooden axe/stick), new realms (as mentioned in Question 2) and potentially more craft-able items. For my desktop I'd say 10 people at a time if that.
Couldn't sell it so I want to setup a minecraft server. here's the deal
1: I want to try splitting into 2 servers running at 3.5GB each (i suck with java for 1)
2: I want to know if it's possible to host a modded survival server with a mod like biomes o plenty and ones that introduce new worlds similar to the End and Nether.
3:How do you setup a server to be a Link rather than an IP without using No-ip.
4: I want to setup a server down the road similar to the PVP ones and basically earn some donations to build a better server system.
Basically I've spent the past 3 literal days looking online, following tutorials but nothings clicking. Everything is so vague and over exceeded it's necessity by thousands of wishful-youtube-stars, no offense but with 50000+ vids on how to connect to a server every X.X.X.1 update is a bit excessive lol. So yeah if anyone could give me in-depth advice and some guidance or an idea that'd be amazing!
Side note;
I have technic on my other PC btw and it's got the ultra modded survival setup but I cant connect to it personally just says Session invalid.

OK so first things first, I have a spare PC
intel core i3(3.30Ghz)
4x2gb DDR3, 8GB total
460GB hard drive.
