"Villagers will deactivate offer if the offer has been used some number of times and it is not the villager's only offer. The chance of an offer's deactivation is random, but an offer must be used at least 3 times before it is eligible for deactivation. After an offer has been used 13 times, it is guaranteed to be deactivated if you close the interface after trading it (this is true even if all 13 trades have been done at once). Trading other offers may activate offer again." Minecraft Wiki http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Trading
Trying new trade could make the old offer activated again. It's random but it could happen.
Each villager has a limited number of trades with a specific trade. Once you reach that limit you won't be able to make that exact trade with that villager again.
Support only for adding a different biome to the nether. A dead or ash-like forest area would be cool but adding new resources that mimick over world resources (wood, leaves, etc) would not fit with the nether theme.
A few biomes added to the nether could be used to make the nether more interesting in general. For modders who create world generators, having multiple biomes in the nether allows more interesting custom generators.

Great use for the varied signal strength in 1.5

I would really like the ability to teleport to players back to their spawnpoint.
"/apply" looks useful and not broken.
"/togglespawner, /triggerspawner" I would add a cooridates variable instead of being the adjacent spawners
