The only problem I have with the glass is that, without CTM, that melted corner would be on every block. I like the idea of cracked glass though! It's a 64X texture pack BTW!
Support, but it could cause a few issues, you would basically be king of the land, when you get it. I know it is really rare but flight has to be very risky and costly. You have done the costly bit and I will suggest the risk(s). Maybe adult gryphons that you encounter while flying would attack you, with a high chance of knocking you off to your death, a dive-bombing attack of sorts. Otherwise a flying hostile mob would need to be added to balance it. Any flight in survival, without it being very risky, no matter how hard to obtain is game-breaking, as mentioned by many others on the thread.
Don't get me wrong, it is an amazing idea but it has a few creases to be ironed out still.
Maybe skeletons could do the same thing if they shoot you in mid-air, making it harder to hop on a gryphon to escape a mob fight.
The mountains are too tall to build on top of, but you can certainly build on the sides.
It would take me a while to get the co-ordinates of the areas, but you will get them. The map is huge, so bear with me. It took me about 20 minutes to find the mountains the first time.
Also, did you like the goodie box next to the spawn? With everything you need for both an end portal and nether portal, and a bunch of diamond tools.
The end portal will come in handy since no structures will naturally spawn, including strongholds and mineshafts.
I had to redo the desert edge and take away all of the snow that was at the top of the mountain. Exporting again to make it a map file so I can send it to you, and all you need to do is put it in the server. I also have a goodie box filled with diamond tools, end portal blocks, etc.
I'm exporting the map now. It's a bery large map amd it's taking a very long time to export. I will send you the link reght after I'm done checking everything. I couldn't do the swamp like you requested unless it's a normal minecraft swamp.
