This suggestion is Skills, Minecraft sometimes gets boring.. the goal of minecraft is to survive, but after you play for a while you start to thrive, and you have nothing to do.. Here is the suggestion, it just might give you something to do!
You have to start new skills for each world, so you wont ever have to run out of skills to train!
The max level you can achieve for every skill is 20
you would have a Xp bar for every skill once you fill it up completely you will level that skill up, the higher the skill the increased chance of getting More items, and the higher the skill you can do more and do better things!
Also when creating a world you can Enable/Disable Skills
Here and "Some" skills that ive thought of..
Thiefing: The ability to pickpocket villagers, if caught you cannot pickpocket for 5-Minutes, You can level up this skill by stealing items, The higher the skill the more expensive items you can pickpocket
Fighting: Gives you a chance to get a Double damage hit, And triple damage with your hands, You can level up this skill by killing enemys, the higher the skill the higher the chance
Farming: Gives you the chance to get 3-Seeds out of one crop, You can level up this skill by destroying crop, the higher the level the higher the chance
Shooting: Gives you a chance to do double the damage, You can level up this skill by killing enemys, the higher the level the higher the chance
Exploring: Increases spawn rate of Generated structures in unexplored areas of the map, To level up this skill you have to explore the Unexplored areas of your map
Fishing: Gives the chance of reeling in up to 2-Fishes in one cast, You can level up this skill by reeling in fishes, the higher the level the higher the chance
Woodcutting: Gives the chance of getting 2-Wood from one Wood (Only when cut from tree) you can level up this skill my cutting wood (not planks), The higher the level the higher the chance
Mining: Gives the chance of getting Double-Xp every ore you mine, You can level up this skill by mining ore, the higher the level the higher the chance

Well im not good with texturing so i cant really give a good example for the armour all i can say is it would look like the image above, How does dyeing Wolf Skin Armour sound?
This suggestion is wolf fur armour, here is an example from another game of what the wolf armour could look like
In this picture the and boots and gloves have claws on them, that would not be on the minecraft wolf fur armour, since there currently arent any claws on wolfs
It would give you the same protection as leather armour but its durability is less than diamond armour so wolf fur armour Is mainly just for looks
You can craft wolf fur armour using wolf fur, which is obtainable by killing a wolf -Including Tamed wolfs- one wolf drops 3 wolf fur
The wolf fur armour is crafted the same as any armour besides the helmet as shown below
The last crafting recipe would be the gloves, but maybe gloves would be to big of a change, so vote above gloves or no gloves!

The wolf fur cape can be worn on your back, also with the dyeing wolf fur suggestion this could help determine teams when worn, there would also need to be a new armour slot for this it to be placed in, it also has no protection and it Never Breaks

Wolf Fang Sword
So pretty much the same as a ordinary sword but with wolf Fangs, wolf Fangs can be obtained by killing a Wolf, one Wolf will drop one wolf fang, wolf fang swords take away 3 Hearts when hit by it

Wolf Fang Dagger
You can duel wield wolf fang daggers, which would increase the damage, wolf fang daggers take away 2 hearts when hit, but when duel wielding them they take away 3 hearts

Wolf Fur Wrist Band
This is simply a band that is worn on your wrist, with this suggestion there would have to be a new armour slot for it, the wolf fur wrist band along with the dyeing wolf fur suggestion could help determine teams with the diffrent colored wolf fur wrist bands, it also has no protection and never breaks

Well i would like to see more usefull crops/foods rather than just adding a new crop/food for some seeds to eat i would want to have a new crop/food with a better purpose
Umm, maybe they don't have enough chimps typing to get the updates ready in a week. Mojang not only has a bigger troop of monkeys but they get the zoo patrons helping out.
Why should they? I.E. What does Microsoft have to gain by allowing Minecraft to update more frequently than once a month? Dissatisfied customers re all their other games who would no longer be able to get slots in the schedule to get there own updates out. Minecraft customers that still complain anyways? (Just read the PC forum pages to verify this one).
As thewalterd61 says above me, what they have to gain is 40,000$
And even if it takes 2-weeks instead of just one it would be alot better than a month..
