You must be reading that wrong. I'm going to take this to PM as this doesn't need to be on a ninja'd thread.

/z is a shortcut to Cuboid in any MC# dirivative. MCZall's server is simply one of the branches. Personally, HunterX's or CyborgDragon's modifications are a lot better, oh and not made by a greedy programmer.

So many personal attacks. Also, I've seen you claim Cyborg's server is fantastically amazing compared to every other MCSharp derivative, yet only you. No one else has mentioned it, not even Cyborg himself (at least, not on these forums or anywhere else I've searched)

You're probably using the vanilla server, OP. Meaning you won't have any custom features.
To use MCSharp: Go here and download it

Cyborg has been exclusively developing an RP version for 2 hosters. Bloodshot and myself. I run several servers using his build. He's been busy developing while I plug him every once and a while. He's coming out with a normal version (no rp features) for everyone soon. HunterX's contributions to the performance has been phenominal. As far as I know, Cyborg is going to help with MC+. It's nothing against your work. It's a decent build, it's the ethics and the way you presented that I dislike. Especially for an alpha game. The reason I don't force people to pay me for my hosting is because it's still in alpha. My hosting isn't 100% neither is the game.

Alpha is the official Minecraft now. It uses the new applet launcher as well as being the base for the client. It also has stairs as they said above. Alpha is /game/

Java isn't in your path file or not installed. Make sure you have the Java JRE installed. Also check in your path.
Start->Right Click Computer->Advanced Settings on Left Side->Environment Variables->Path. Look for Java at the end.

      Is your mono 2.x+?
      Do you have a router?
Is your router forwarding said port?
I'm assuming Mac has some sort of iptables. Possibly check those? *I don't use macs so I'm unsure about this one*

Load Linux w/o GUI onto your old PC. Get mono installed and run MCSharp (or variant of it). A server uses 100-200mb with a decent amount of players on it. The CPU should suffice, however I'm not totally sure about that. Your bluehost.. I doubt would allow you to run anything. The shell is most likely for cron jobs.

If you want to have a solid remote server, I'd recommend looking at VPS'. There are tons of VPS hosts, both running OpenVZ and Xen. I'm a fan of Xen myself because OpenVZ tends to be abused and oversold. I use slicehost, their lowest package is 256mb for $20 but for $20 you can get a larger VPS from other hosters.

I also host servers for free from my own VPS. Take a look at my thread (server administration) for more info on that.

It's a permission error. Just do a chown -r root:root /root/minecraft and then run it as root. I however don't suggest running anything as root or even allowing root to login.

Has anyone noticed that mobs now fight each other? While exploring a cave, I came across 2 skellies. They were fighting totally ignoring me until I hit one of them.

Yeah no. Web hosting gives you space and runs a webserver. Doesn't allow you to run things. A VPS is what you are looking for. I host servers as well from my own VPS if you can't afford the full VPS.
