Our goal is to get together a group of server owners and share ideas, projects, plans, business plans, marketing ideas, ect. At the moment of this inquire we have two servers publicly open, one public server network, and one in-progress server. One of our servers is a creative server that has been open for only a handful of weeks and has already has over 1000 collective votes from our server list. Our network has been up for 3 years, unfortunately it has been on a decline after going under new management. At it's peak however it brought in a couple hundred a month, and tons of votes. We are currently in a beta stage for our skyblock server. We are thinking about adding a prison, survival, and minigame server under our management, but we need someone who has expertise in the field. Now, we are not asking to buy your server, but we were just wondering if you wanted to join our group and develop a server different from this one. We would provide you with everything you need. You would get server space for a private server, and a server connected to us. I'm able to solve problems with players and I know how to spot hackers. I punish players fairly. If a player spams once, I'm not going to ban them. However, I will ban immediately if I have sufficient evidence of hacking. I'm a very friendly person which will help me when talking to players. Finally, although I'm not very good at configuring plugins, I know how to use a wide range of plugins in-game.

I did very well in this job but it shut down due to things like lack of players, lack of donations, other bad staff members etc. Through your server I hope to learn way more! I feel as if I am kind, knowledgeable, and both flexible. I can work with people in many different areas and I can dearly help the community grow from what it already started with. Through my 3 year journey of minecraft, I feel as if I have gained all of the materials I need to extend my help down to others.

I also am good at meeting needs of people, I'm very creative. Sometimes during math I'll start to doodle or draw houses or different figures which I think is a key skill in being a builder. I've been a builder only once but I love to create super flat worlds and see where my mind takes me and if need be I can also help with plugins. I've been head dev on a server for 6 months now and there is no bugs on the server to this day.

Previous Work?: After a month of first playing minecraft I go mod on GizmoServers. After 2 months of being mod I became an Admin for 6 months. After that I decided to move on and start up my own servers and help others with their servers. Most recently I was a SrMod on Rising Heroes Skyblock. Also I was a Mod on their Prison server. I have about 2 years of staff experience for server of all types.
