posted a message on First Gaming Computer Build.
You're only buying 64GB of Hard Drive space? That is not nearly what you want or need on a gaming computer. However, if you decide to go for a bigger one (I suggest a 256 for Solid state of a 1TB for an HDD), wait about a month or so to buy, and save yourself some money.

Also, you will most likely have to install all this hardware yourself, which is definitely outside of most people's skill set. So find a friend, and do NOT, I say this again, do NOT try to install the CPU yourself unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing.

Yeah it is inheratance it comes out in 7 days. Being a clan about dragons, I hope you are all buying a copy. And it isn't from any of the books. Comepletly self written..

I just checked (I figured I could help the clan one last time), took a snippet and used a free plagiarism checker, this is Chapter 2 of Eldest. Well most of it I think.

After some careful consideration, I have to remove myself from affiliation with this clan. The leadership is honestly non existent, and the lack of respect and maturity among members (including mods) is disturbing. I wish this clan the best of luck, protect the dragons.

Do you actually like dragons?: I love the idea of a big beast, but more the idea of their communication with a human (I'm re-reading Dragonriders of Pern).
Did you read the rules?: Yes
Whats your minecraft experience?: Been [playing since Beta 1.2. I'm a good builder and love doing redstone stuff. I build in my own style which is ever changing.
Would you ever harm a dragon and if you saw somebody who did would you take the appropriate measures?: Who would want to? I would report it to either you, or any admin/mod.
Your IG story. (In game story):
"This is an odd one," said Makmed. "An odd one indeed. He will do fine. Take him."
Ahyd was dragged away from his father and mother, his head low and his wrists chained. He did not resist, instead allowing his bad fortune to wash over him. The instructor looked at Ahyd's father and spoke, "He will be a good addition to the force. You may leave." He walked into the building and the large stone door closed behind him.

    10 Years Later:

Ahyd slowly rose from the bushes. Through the mist he could not be seen by the guards. He slowly approached one guard. He channeled all his experience from the last decade of surviving off the land, trying to return to his home land. He was there now.

He ambushed the first guard, killing him silently. He was on the second guard before he had time to scream. He stowed his blade and began scaling the cobblestone wall. He reached the top and peered over, clear. He hopped over the ledge and crawled to a ladder. He slid down it turned around. What he saw was an open door into a market in the cityfort that was Ahlafer. He put up his hood and began making his way through the town. He had one goal, but had two personal errands to run first.

He slowly approached his parent's old home, hoping they still lived there. The wood was aged, but in good condition thanks to his father's handy work. He slid in through an open window to see his mother in the kitchen. He ran to her and embraced her. He began looking for his father, and saw an Urn on the fireplace mantle. He turned to his mother who solemnly nodded. Ahyd mourned silently for a minute, hugged his mother, and left.

His next stop was the Dragon temple. He entered and removed his hood out of respect. He walked to the altar where he took out a gold nugget he had procured a long time ago. It was all he had besides his blade. He quietly mumbled a few words, placed the gold nugget on the altar, and then stood. Now he could do his deed.

He approached the keep of the fort. He went around back and saw what he wanted, an open window about halfway up. He began climbing, quickly, and reached the window. He rolled inside and was surprised to have rolled into a bathtub. He looked around and saw no one. He then saw what he was looking for, a broach that shined as bright as the day he was taken. She then entered, her beauty more radiant then ever. She stared at him quietly, before dropping her comb and running to him. They embraced and she graced a kiss upon him. As this happen the world began to crumble. Screams could be heard from the streets. But nothing mattered, only that moment.

The two lept from the window, landing in a stream. They disappeared in the distance. The princess and Ahyd were never seen again.

posted a message on no Monsters? :(
So I have been playing a 1.9P4 hardcore map just kinda playing around, loving it. I hadn't seen any monsters in the first few hours but I hadn't gone far so I didn't think any thing of it. Now last night (in game night) I decided to go monster hunting for arrows and gunpowder. No monsters, anywhere! Seriously none!
(On a side note, my world does not seem to have buildings and the generate buildings setting IS ON).

Secondly, every time I go to open the video settings tab in game, it goes to the "saving chunks" screen, then crashes. I can't even see what the error is because the error screen goes to black before I can read it.

    ....HHELLP!!?

Why do you think you are suppose to be in the clan: I am a mature player who is here to play the game, not be annoying or flame people. I am good at helping out and can teach and learn (if needed). I am always loyal and helpful to those that deserve it, and it seems like this clan has it's stuff together.

posted a message on Chunk Updates =\= FPS!!
    Quote from Muffindog

Usually minecraft uses up a lot of CPU maybe ur computer can't handle it yet?

I wasn't having any trouble with it until 1.8 (although the lighting engine may be the cause), but turning it down to PowerSaver setting seems to have almost completely fixed the problem. It was just weird that the Chunk Update number and the FPS number were ALWAYS the EXACT same.
