I try to take a step back and see things from a neutral and logical perspective when dealing with tasks. Since part of my day job is customer service, I can handle player issues and follow the provided trainee guidelines. If you ask me to complete a task I will find a way to do it with quality and efficiency. Generally, I am looking for a way to get back into Minecraft and the joy I felt when first playing the game. I was hoping that in return for my services I might rediscover that feeling.
Will you be active on our Discord server, and can you do everything Trainees are asked to do?:Yes, for both official and casual conversation. I am capable of the mandatory list of tasks required of the Trainee ranking.

Position Desired: I'd like to start out as mod and, If you guys like me, get promoted to admin.
Reason for wanting this position: I've only been staff once for a small server but I made my way up the ranks all the way to Co-Owner. Unfortunately, the owner of the server wasn't the actual owner, rather he was loaned the server. So the server got shut down and everyone went their separate ways.
Experience (details): I've worked an admin job before. I browsed the forums for any servers that need help because I felt I could now handle the responsibility of being and working as a staff member. I've never got accepted before so it was new to me. When I joined the server I was immediately given an Admin position. At first I was a little anxious, but I got over it and just did my best to improve the server. I worked my way up the ranks and the owner trusted me enough to replace the current Co-Owner and promote me. I've settled disputes before, normally it was staff vs staff disputes since we didn't get much traffic our way. I've thinned out abusive staff and players. My rule is always: First Offense: Warning, Second Offence: Mute/Kick, Third Offence: Timed ban or perma ban. My rules vary depending on the situation and the rules that were set by the owner for the server.

Available time: The only time I can't be on is if I have personal matters or I'm sleeping.
What you can provide: I have some plugin knowledge. All I need to do for a plugin I don't know is search the plugin page for a guide and commands. I've had experience as Head-Admin too so I can deal with other staff. I still want to start off as a mod though. I can build, but you'd have to be the judge on how good I am xD

I can also work with plugins and set up games/pvp/kits/custom gear/etc. I have had experience as an admin twice and head-admin once but only the server that I'm head-admin on is still running, but the point is that I can handle keeping the server maintained and balanced.

How will you handle a Grief? | If the server has CoreProtect, I'd use that to see who did the griefing and temp-ban for 10-24 hours until they learn to follow the rules and hopefully realize that their little "fun" ruins peoples work. Of course I'd also be able to /rollback.
How do you handle Spammers? | First warning. Second is mute for 30 seconds. Third is Mute for 3 hours. Beyond that? They obviously don't respect the server rules and are just there for trolling so /temp ban 10 days
Do you know Html? | I do know a little but I am not that far into my HTML course for anything but adding text.

Wow. I was about to apply for a position because I have the experience you need to run the server as I've owned multiple servers before, but now you've gone and banned me for a creeper blowing up a wall? That is not a good step to putting your server out there. What ever mob control you have on the server doesn't work. I have lost any interest I may have had because of the little trust you show to newcomers.
A little advice, make sure you have a valid reason and legit proof before you ban someone who may have been the key to helping your server be successful.
iKingI understand the hardships that you are going through. Making a mod with such detail and awesome features isn't easy to do in little time. So keep up the good work and know that us true fans waiting for the open release day are doing it patiently. So don't feel bad about not getting it out sooner, just as long is it is released sometime next year!
