I Removed the Command Block, Because after reading your Replies, yeah... It's good idea to make it uncraftable
This May Be a Suggestion Already, but this is my Interpretation
Now, you might be thinking, hold on, Minecraft isn't supposed to have this fancy modern wireless tech! Of course it isn't, but this isn't for the gameplay aesthetics, this is for Redstone Engineering.
So, Wireless Redstone is an idea that can be used for multiple occasions such as activating a Redstone Contraption far away, or making a simple and small Redstone Computer without having to use long redstone wiring, or even a mini-game!
So, wireless redstone has ONE form. Physical / Block form. I will list the crafting recipe for the block form below:
This is the Wireless Redstone Block Crafting. You can use any block, but in this example I used haybale.
So, you might be thinking, okay, how do I use them? Well, now I'll explain!
When you Right-Click the block, it opens up a GUI that shows 4 buttons. The first three blank, and the bottom one with a "+". Basically, if you click on the blank buttons, it asks you to type something in. This is your channel! You can have a limit of 10 on each Wireless Block. Only two wireless blocks can be set onto one channel. Now, in the top of all the buttons, it says [Select Current Channel] which means, select the channel the wireless block should connect to. Once clicked, a drop down list shows the current channels and you click on one to set the wireless block to the channel. Now the channels are universal to each player, and you may share your broadcast channels to other players by clicking the "Share" button in the bottom left which opens a input menu asking you to type in the player's name (Caps don't really matter.) After that, all your current channels are shared to them and their channels are shared to you!
To use, place a button or whatever on one, and when that button / lever / whatever is clicked / placed, it broadcasts the redstone signal over to other command block and sends a strong redstone signal through and vice versa.

That's true. I mean, you might think by my posts I'm a fan, which I am, but this update does kinda ruin minecraft. Might as well call it another MMO Rpg. I thought minecraft was going to be something different, but being playing for 4 years, MC has changed over time. I liked it's mythical unknown feel and how it doesn't blend in with other games, but there combat additions have killed MC. It's now turning into a MMO rpg. The shields we're fine on its own, same with dual wielding, but all the sword cool downs, seriously? Now getting to the rpg, I know most of you think: "RPG? Hmph. Yeah right" well it is! Think about it, most of your goals is to beat the Ender Dragon! Kill Mobs! Level Up! Enchant! Don't tell me it has nothing to do with an MMO RPG. Wait 'till they get rid of the blockyness, and end up this game in Virtual Reality. Just wait...
But my point is, this Update ruined everything you know. If you're a new player, you don't know what I'm talking about. If you've played for like 4 years like me, you know the huge affect it has on Minecraft. I'm not saying I'm quiting, I just gotta adapt to this "new" PvP as being a PvP Master since like 2012. Goodbye Old MC PvP... Welcome MMO Rpg PvP...

Nevermind. I already found another mod that fits this. Sorry. Maybe you can make this a Flans Pack instead! Much more easier!
