I am going to lead off of what raged posted from penguii right quick. I dont want to talk about the armor or anything else. That should not change. What i do want to talk about is the "other". Reading over it, I really think that it wouldn't be a bad idea for guards to have a /kit opple or /kit apple or something along those lines that gives us 10 enchanted golden apples. Now these apples need to be coded the same way that the potions are. You cannot drop, sell, put in a chest, drop them after death, or take them away from your inventory in anyway other than eating them. The golden apples are expensive to make and take time out of guarding to mine or get the money to make these apples. This is time that should, could, and would be spent guarding if we didnt have to buy them or make them. These opples are also crucial in fighting and I believe would help with the recent spike in lag to keep guards from dieing. This isn't a whole lot to ask and would be easy to be created and coded ( I think but I don't code sooo.....). This is something that should seriously be thought about and I hope that anyone else can add their opinion or addition to this idea.
EDIT: this could also be the stupidest idea you have ever seen. I just came up with this and thought I should share it here.
People are always complaining about how overpowered opples are, and giving them to Guards for free would make non-guard ranks really mad most likely.

Another reason I would make a good guard is my passion for this server, ever since I joined the server I have played it almost everyday. I have asked nicely 2 times, but now I am reporting hex. (and yes, I know that it is pointless, but still)
This might not be the best proof, but several people have watched him break the door.
I don't get any stuff when the door is missing, so his actions mean that I get far less money from the plot.
Furthermore griefing is not allowed, this is a rule that everyone is supposed to follow.
The plot is a trap to get peoples items, and Hexa is probably destroying it because its rude to do that to people and you should try actually making your plot look half decent and/or not trap other people.
As some of you may know, I have always been a supporter of the introduction of chat mods.
I don't know how it is planned, but here is my suggestion: (this picture is 5 or 6 months old)
Chat mods moderate chat. They should never get unneeded things like /warp X-Ray, or vanish.
While I think it would be good to have two levels of Chat mods, I think it would be one has /mute and one has /mute and /tempban.
Chat mod should not be linked to Warden, as that is just like giving someone power without them having to guard. Because, as raged has pointed out, saying "stop" every once in a while is MUCH easier than guarding hte prison for hours a day.
Cozy, instead of saying all that, why don't you consult a Warden about it... Not like the Wardens reply to things on the Forums frequently...
Well, Benjee did see it, so if he were to get unbanned wouldnt he have been already? besides, I dont really know the guy or the full details of why he was banned, so its not by place to say.

I'm just confused about this. I'll post a ban appeal, a couple might say, "Splendid appeal, good luck," or, "You should be unbanned." Well in that case what do I do? I never get unbanned, and then after those people I never hear from it again. One person (Cozy1) even said that vipers the only one that could save me now, and in the case, should I even try? Viper's profile says that the last activity was in October. So if anybody could just tell me what to do now, it'd be great, do I just wait, and wait, and wait? Or do I keep posting the appeal untill I get a direct answer? Well, anyways, thanks!
Well, VIper isn't the only one who can save you, I was just saying that generally he's the only Warden kind enough to unban people.
If you don't get unbanned, keep reposting, unless a Warden replies to tell you you're denied.

Today I want to say thanks to Noakii for listening to us:
Finally EW were hosted early enough for us european players to participate, and I got so far, it was lots of fun.
So I have noticed this become more and more of an issue to deal with now:
So previously today, there was this small group of C prisoners who constantly kept attacking and killing each other. I was dealing with this minor problem perfectly fine, I just made sure to keep an eye on them, since they were causing constant mischief. The strange thing was, none of them were using stone swords to fight, like most C prisoners would do. They were using stone axes. Every time I killed one, they'd respawn, grab another stone axe, and continue fighting as usual. I thought to myself: "They must think they're snazzy using stone axes to kill each other just as efficiently as a stone sword would do, but without the constant bother to hand over the axes to me or any Guard." Now, if you look up on the Minecraft Wiki, it says that axes can be used just as efficiently and powerfully as swords would do. The axes can have the same enchants a sword could, and do the same damage.
But, yet again I thought they could be considered contraband items? But, no no. That wouldn't be fair! The prisoners still have to chop trees down. I don't think anybody would bother chopping down trees for a few hours with your bare hands! The only time prisoners would chop down trees, if wood was needed desperately, but, they could simply buy wood at the blocks shop. All-in-all, this would leave the tree farm pointless.
All-in-all, I don't know how to handle this, but it's not exactly a huge problem. But it's clear it's becoming more and more of an issue now.
This is not really a big deal, I wouldnt worry about it (Thanks for giving the idea to all the rich Free rioters, by the way)
If it did for some reason become a real problem, we could make axes be contraband, and allow them only in the tree farm, like how swords are allowed in the Elite pig farm.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: First of all, I was never xraying in the first place, and I've never had any mods installed, except for Optifine, because I could get the right settings for my computer to run. Also, we werent even online when we were banned!
Any additional information: I've missed the server for a long time! For several months I've just ignored it, but I've always wanted to get back on. I tried to be a big part of the community, even considered applying to be a gaurd, but I wanted to be a part of the actualy community, not the one enforcing it. I even donated after I got to free, I played for a very long time to get there! It meant I spent countless hours digging tunnels after tunnels in the mines, and I hate that someone thought I was cheating to get it. My mining techniques follow strict patterns, and if you want to watch while I mine you would see that! So I just want to ask if I can be a part of it again. Being a donator, and getting acsess to those mines, who would even need xray? It's pointless that I would use it. So that's why I want to ask one more time if I can come back, because I want to try to help the server by being a part of the community, I used to help people get to higher ranks by offering to guard them when in the hallways, and showing them around the place and how things work. So please consider adding me back!
Well, for starters, the ban is by Aevilcow, which unless Aevil was Alpha at some point and I was unaware of it, means that it must be a troll ban that for some reason was not unbanned. It also occurred long long ago, as this guy is a Free and donor and i don't even recognize the name, so the ban must be around a year ago. I think after that long the person should pretty much get a fresh start anyway. But then there's also the whole "I didn't do it" shenanigans. Why don't people ever just suck it up and admit they were WRONG? Along the point of inaccuracy, as Audomachi2 pointed out above, he says "we". What's up with that? So we've narrowed down a couple points: (Probably) a troll ban that was never fixed, claims to be innocent, and was banned long long ago.
We also don't want to forget the fact that he is a Free and donor, which means he put a lot of effort in. Knowing that, we can assume he's more or less trustworthy, or at least that he cared about the server. And what kind of idiot would x-ray after he has achieved both free AND donor?
All things considered, I still cant come to a conclusion. Of course a lot of my thinking is consumed by the fact that pretty much no one is ever unbanned. Only Viper can save you now, we all know he's basically the only Warden nice enough to unban anyone.
I have no idea why im putting so much thought into this, im just massively insanely incredibly amazingly bored. Now would be a perfect time for one of those long boring guard apps I hate to float along...
Anyhoo, Thats all I got. No conclusion here, not that I would be able to do anything anyway. Just some points to consider on the unban app.
Okay, So I got tempbanned on the Mc Server for poking Noakii on the Ts Server, and got banned permanently on Ts. This is the story:
I poked Noakii in a different channel to ask for his help, I was in global and I knew I shouldn't be poking people but this was urgent. Noakii switches to global and says "Whats the first rule" I replied by speaking "Don't poke people", and he then said "That's what I thought" and left the channel. So, I made a temp channel so I can speak to Noakii privately, I poked him again because I really needed him. Next thing I know I got tempbanned on the Mc server for 24 hours and perma banned on the Ts server.
I realize what I did Noakii was wrong and that I shouldn't poke you on the Teamspeak server if I needed help from opped personnel. I hope you can forgive my action and un-ban me from the Teamspeak server.
