Why should you be unbanned? I think I should be unbanned because I vote for your server not because of the grand you get a day; because it is the greatest server I have come upon. I have spent many hours on this server, even recommended a few friends to play on it, lost many things, gained many things, and actually felt happy playing MineCraft since I got it. I also had many, many diamonds in my bank [1.25 in bank, A.5 on me]. It took me around 4-5 hours to get all that [It was nearly all the time I had to play today].I really enjoy this server and pretty much the only thing I do on my computer.
Any other information: Also, I have X-Ray installed because I use it on my single player world when I spend hours and hours looking for diamonds, or when I look for gold [To this date, I probably found one stack of gold ever in MineCraft.] I also use it to see if my crops are grown or not when I'm underground. I accidentally clicked the button to turn on the X-Ray [It's X, so it's right next to my fingers.] and the next thing I know I am banned. I just uninstalled X-Ray, now knowing that you should never have something that could get you in serious trouble, even if it could cause the "accident." I'm really sorry that you guys thought I was cheating. You guys have an amazing server and I really hope that I will one day get to be a part of it again.

Hey. I first wanted to say this is a great server! Even though you do the same thing over and over for 2 months, it's for some reason really fun! This is probably my favorite server.
Second, I wanted to give some suggestions.
A Non-PvP way to get from mines to shops. (I am currently in A-Block. Because of the major PvP'ing, I HAD to go to StarPen to get any money.)
Actual PvP arenas, where you can wager money. (This would attract some PvP's there, so that people mining can have a better experience and not get frustrated.)
Bigger monster spawning rooms maybe? (At least in StarPen, it takes a VERY long time to get mobs to spawn.)
And, most importantly, away to see what you can buy and what you can't buy in StarPen. (I'm in A-Block, as I said, and I can't buy or sell anything!)
Other than that, this is a great server you got here, my friend.
First of all, you failed to surrender a sword, second you were most likely pvping if i killed you. I say most likely as it happened 15 mins or so ago. third, i dont wear iron armor, its chainmail. fourth, I had a diamond sword, guards are supposed to. finally, I dont camp, I move and patrol. You may very well have the wrong person. It is a guards job to pvp when necessary and something was obviously happening for me to see it as necessary. I have over 2k mins of guarding time and havent ever had any problems before. I suggest you read the rules and understand what a guard does.

Reason
I was coming back from the cobblestone mine to sell my cobble. I stopped by bank chest, to get some more cobble (I stored it halfway through the mining, so I would try not to lose it). As I turned the corner into the hall with the shop and public workbench area, I saw Cinemah hiding in the wheat of the shop wearing full iron armor and weilding a diamond sword. He came up and killed me in two swipes. I then accuse him of that, when he goes to the bank (most likely to store the cobble in his chest) and denied having a diamond sword, killing me, and then accused me of PvP-ing. This really makes me mad because in total I have lost about an inventory full of cobblestone due to campers or pushers. I have also probably lost about a thousand dollars losing iron and coal in furnaces, buying iron, making a pick, and then getting killed on my way to the mine. This makes me very mad, since this was all about 6 hours of work lost in total. I hope that this problem can be resolved, even if I don't get my cobblestone back. Thank you for your time.

As I finished typing this, I came back on and was at spawn since I died. I went back to C-Block and Cinemah had killed me again. I then say, "CINEMAH stop random killing of people." Several people said "Yeah" or "Yeah, Cinemah stop killing." He then denied ever killing anyone in the last 15 minutes.
I love this server. It's my first prison server and very interesting. I love how you have to work here to level up, not just find stuff by luck like in vanilla. The only complaint I have I is that a lot of people in the C-Block camp and kill people, push them out of Non-PvP areas and push people to their death in the mine. But this is still an amazing server. Three Notches for you!
I have recently had the guild under attack. I got rid of all the reficules and gave the guild master the and told him to repair the guild, but it didn't repair and everyone disappeared. I then spawn him back in, and kept trying to repair, but it doesn't work; Although, the regular lag when you repair the guild appears.
