either use mcedit to remove the tnt and clear the lag its causing, or revert to a backup you would have made as thats the sensible thing to do isn't it, or if you can't do those start a new world and remember to backup
I have downloaded mcedit and I went to the area with the TNT, but I don't know how to remove it. I selected the area with the TNT in it and went to the top menu under edit and clicked delete blocks, there was a loading screen and update chunk thing and everything but the TNT is still there and I tried to log on the world with the server and it still crashed because the TNT is still there. Is this a problem? Help! Also, should it disappear off the minimap? I added a screenshot of what it looks like.
EDIT- I was using MCEdit 2, not 1. I have fixed the problem. Thanks for the help!
So I have a bukkit server that I play on with my pals every so often where we like to goof off and build stuff. So we have about 3+ month's work of builds on this server, and it took us a very long time and we are all very proud of the builds. So today, one of my pals was fooling around with world edit and used some command that created a huge dome of lava. I don't remember what command it was, still waiting on my friend on discord to tell me what it was. I then used the command to make a dome of water that started to turn all of the lava into cobble and obsidian, and then the game started to lag. Then one of my other friends created what must have been a huge dome of TNT, and then the server crashed, the console giving me this message?

Anyways, When I open the server again I am unable to move or type in any commands at all. I have tried to do things on single player, but I spawn at the world's spawn point and don't know the coordinates of the huge lava/tnt dome thing.
I would really like to know if there is anything I could do to fix this. The fact I can't move when I log in is not helpful. If there is any software or such I can download to fix this, please do know that I am on a Mac so I cannot run anything that is not designed for Mac. If you know anything, please tell me, my pals and I have done lots of hard work on the server world and would hate to lose all of our work. In addition, this is a server that is opened with port map, not a hoster.
EDIT-
I have tried opening the world on single player by moving the server file to saves, and all I am greeted with is the sky, no ground or anything, I cannot move and am invisible. No commands are working, well it takes a while for it to work and even then it is laggy. I can hear the sound of TNT blowing up, likely the one that my friend spawned. I tried using /suicide and it worked, it says it killed me but there is no death screen and it has frozen, and I am still waiting for something to happen. Note I can still hear the explosion noises.
I have also uploaded what it looks like. I can't move or anything, not even exit out of the chat.

Force quitted what happened above, and now greeted with this. It is stuck on the "RESPAWN" Button but I can clearly hear TNT exploding everywhere. I have uploaded an image of what it looks like. You can also see the massive TNT thing my friend summoned using world edit.

I recently tried to make a Pixelmon server, and when trying to open the launch.command, this pops up.
I am on a Mac, by the way.
