Well it should be! Rightfully I would consider myself "inactive"!

My capeable computer ­ the bed a while ago.(months ago) . I have just been logging in randomly from my brothers lap top, to try and keep me a float. But I don't think it's been enough to keep me "active".

I always told Frog, he would be the first person I would sell to. So, as my last request!? I ask that my plot be transferred into his capable ownership!?

Why you deserve to be unbanned: About the wood mine thing, I definatly have my regrets, but I just like making people laugh about it, I honestly did it to mine efficiently plus make alot of people laugh, I didn't intentionally kill int he mines and I warned everyone that they may die. Nobody stopped me until it was too late, a guard even cheered me on and wanted me to burn down donor (I refused.) I feel if they REALLY didn't want this to happen, they should have disabled fire blocks in the mines. As for possessing duped items, I only duped a bit on my alt and my alt had all those, plus picco and super gave me some stuff on my main. But I don't have any of the duped items on my main account. I am sorry

I do not come here as an advocate, because whatever position the suffrage movement may occupy in killion, in Convicted it has passed beyond the realm of advocacy and it has entered into the cube of practical events. It has become the subject of revolution and faction wars, and so tonight I am not here to advocate banned noobs. Noobs can not do that very well for themselves.

You have two noobs very hungry and wanting to be fed. One noob is a patient noob, and waits indefinitely until a alpha is ready to feed it. The other noob is an impatient noob and cries lustily, screams and kicks and makes everybody unpleasant until it is muted. Well, we know perfectly well which noob is prefered. That is the whole history of factions. You have to make more noise than anybody else, you have to make yourself more obtrusive than anybody else, you have to fill all the plots more than anybody else, in fact you have to be there all the time and see that they do not snow you under.

When you have bans things happen; people suffer; the non banned peoples suffer as well as the banned peoples. And so it happens in faction wars. When your forefathers threw the elite into the Bains penitentiary, a good many A's had to go without their bp. It has always seemed to me an extraordinary thing that you did not follow it up by throwing the noobs overboard; you sacrificed the A's; and there is a good deal of warfare for which wardens take a great deal of glorification which has involved more practical sacrifice on noobs than it has on any A. It always has been so. The grievances of those who have got power, the influence of those who have got power commands a great deal of attention; but the wrongs and the grievances of those people who have no power at all are apt to be absolutely ignored. That is the history of convicted right from the time elite got dropped.

You won your freedom in Convicted when you had ranked up, by bloodshed, by sacrificing human life. You won the riot by the sacrifice of human life when you decided to emancipate the prisoners. You have left it to guards in your land, the men of all civilised factions have left it to guards, to work out their own salvation. That is the way in which we frees of convicted are doing. Pixel life for us is sacred, but we say if any life is to be sacrificed it shall be ours; we won't do it ourselves, but we will put the enemy in the position where they will have to choose between unbanning us or giving us death.

So here am I. I come in the intervals of prison appearance. I come after having been banned under the "Wood mine burning", probably going back to be killed as soon as I set my foot on convicted soil. I come to ask you to help to win this fight. If we win it, this hardest of all fights, then, to be sure, in the future it is going to be made easier for free's all over the server to win their fight when their time comes.

I will be inactive for a few days, maybe a week. I may even have to to retire from guard, and even quit minecraft. Because of the language on Convicted and such, my parents don't want me to play anymore. I will try to convince them, but I can't.make any promises.
Until I know it's hopeless, I'm not going to retire or anything.

Chuck, I'm not sure if your aware but I haven't had an account banned for quite a while. And my most recent ban was over a half year ago for "aimbotting," the funny thing is, I've never installed a hacked client. Also, I was accused of aimbotting during a war event with Noakii, p0t, benji, aldron, froot, and a few other staff members, Dont you think they would have banned me on the spot? Almost every ban I got was illegitimate and just abuse.
