It's fine if you don't want to allow griefing, but then you shouldn't tell people that griefing in the wilderness is allowed. Or, at least fight a war against them fairly to get revenge, instead of using admin powers to enable war and grief claimed land. And I'm not sure where you got the "whining" part from, I don't remember any of us complaining about anything until we were wiped out by mods with sharpness X swords with a war system that was enabled just for the sake of destroying our town.
This would actually be a great server, if you could fight wars as the signs in spawn claim that you can, not just whenever an admin wants to wipe out your town.

Edit: By the way, at least half our town is innocent of whatever rules we somehow broke, and it looks like you banned them anyway for just being in our town. I doubt our "bumps" will make up for the 15 or so active players that you banned without warning. A lot of them just minded their own business and happened to be in the town, and were banned just for that. Not that it really matters, we'd already decided to leave anyway.

That server just happens to be the "field trip" server, or Frontier-Craft. (See pages 184 & 185 of this thread)
And, about that-
I'm not trying to draw people away from Azrooh's with this, it's just a rediculously extended field trip we went on a while ago. I'll still play Azrooh's server, as will everyone else who went on the "field trip".
Frontier-Craft will be going back up soon, and is currently whitelisted while we build the spawn. The plugins will be relatively similar, but here's a list anyway:

And Blank, I'm aware that Frontier is up but apparently you can't destroy half the blocks, and I updated to 1.2.4 only to find that my backup minecraft.jar didn't work for some reason. *Moar sobs*

Anyway, I've been playing on Frontier-craft for awhile just because I don't feel like updating then downgrading to switch servers. I tried updating today but now I can't even open minecraft, and I can't connect to minecraft.net. I'm assuming it's just down at the moment, so I'll be on sometime tomorrow probably.
