Maybe their just bored with minecraft and dont want to put the effort into actually making the game fun for them by preying on the misery of others that they cause as they suck the sadness and anger they induce out of their victims to form a new power of force...okay im sorry that got dark and too far, maybe to them its just fun, a shameful fun but thats just them.

The thing is your pretty much asking they update the game fully to what minecraft is now for the pc and so really it is a wish update for you sadly it won't be anywhere close to half of what you mentioned seeing as its taken them 5 or so months just to at the end when it was promised two updates ago, thats the problem when multi-platforming a game, same goes for terraria where as they said no more updates for the pc but as in the xbox arcade version just released they promised that new content will be coming to it even though the pc could with out a doubt handle more.
DLC is always going to cost money. Summer of arcade was a exceptional because it was a event hosted by microsoft and it only had like 8 skins. Microsoft wants money like every other game company, nothing will be free for any console version of minecraft. Also, I don't even want mods for the XBLA version of minecraft considering there are none that 4J can add without approval. I would like a matchmaking type dealio where there is a server hosting Minecraft gametypes like Paintball, Spleef, Parkour, TeamPVP, CTF, Survival games, etc. Because let's face it, there is no way in hell we can get plug-ins for these gametypes so why not let the developers make them.
Well all 4j needs is a approval of consent from Mojang now that Bukkit has joined mojang to have use of plug in source codes to develop simple things such as a wand tool for say to replace larger areas and such, hell they dont even need that, it wouldnt be hard to program something like that, but seeing as Dr zhark is helping mojang with horses and it is his mod, it will be added no matter what he would have to say in a future update, though the world is limited more then the pc and it wouldnt be used to a bigger exploring extent but oh well

Whereas in reality it's about his fans. If you understood that, good.
About the right of people to do whatever they like. I agree, people should be able to do whatever they want. But only if it does not harm or annoy anyone else. Some of Sky's fans are quite annoying and if kindly asked to stop, they will simply yell "GTFO SQWID BUDDER IS GR8 U JUST A H8ER!!!" This is what we're trying to stop here.

Well, the topic of the post and what the op addresses is what is so special about Skydoesminecraft, its just people began talking about the fans being immature and annoying, the thing is people won't stop because if they find it fun then why would they, they don't have no over all power telling them to stop so they will continue and i really don't think sky will change his way of commentating to address the issue seeing as it is popular sadly to say.
I don't think they should make us pay for skin packs at all, i mean on the perspective of the minecraft player who plays pc and xbox its one aspect that makes people go play it on the pc more, if they were to release a texture pack though the big decision is on the line of which texture pack it would be, and if it were to be one of those big time known tp artists like doku, misa, bdcraft ect. would the have to make it free as it is other people work and it wouldnt be fair to them if 4j was to make money of it, if it was to be free then they would get the recognition and not feel cheated from 4j. But i mainly want them to be able just catch up some more with the pc version so i actually feel like going on the 360 and playing it, especially because i want my dang corner stair C:

No, i said everyone has there own opinion, but i guess no one understood that, and so what if people act like that, yeah they'll be annoying but they have a right to act the way they want, if a server owner doesn't like it they'll either give them a warning or kick them, no reason to get rude or frustrated, and yes i did read several posts, in fact about 4-5 pages worth, just because the topic of the post changes to another as the post goes on doesn't mean the post is all about that change. Next time calmly write something instead showing so much disgust because you don't fully understand or don't like people saying opinions. c:

Rei's minimap is definitely helpful since you can set way-points at your home, villages, temples you find, whatever... You can also enable it to create a "deathpoint" that appears when you die to make it easier to quickly find your way back before your items de-spawn if your not too far from home.
TooManyItems or NotEnoughItems are both good but are awfully tempting to use to cheat your way around some missing crafting item in survival. The Flymod from Zombe's modpack is good to have when you want to take screen shots of your builds from different perspectives since it can be used without going into creative if you didn't allow cheats on your world.
Well with Nei you can just go into creative for a moment to do the same but yeah.
Also im not sure if it updated yet seeing as the new update just came out but something like Enchanting Plus is good, gets rid of the chancing for getting random enchantments but sticks to the criteria of being expensive as hell to get the enchantments you want ^^ so it balances out.
