Hello. So I found this cool mod called ScapeCraft and I tried to download it the two ways it said to and it didn't work. The first said to put all the files from the ScapeCraft zip into the minecraft.jar, and the second said to put into the mods folder in the .minecraft. I tried them both and it didn't work. I am going to tell you all everything I did or have and you need to tell me what I am missing or if I need to change something or whatever. I just wish everything worked the same way, you know? So I have Modloader and Forge, and i have several mods in the mods folder so i know the forge works, but I think there is trouble with the minecraft.jar becuse i tried to install mods with modloader and forge that require you to put the mod files into the minecraft.jar and when i go into Minecraft to see if the mod worked, nothing changed. And i know if you try to put an outdated mod in the mods folder when you have an up to date version of forge Minecraft crashes, and that's what happened when I put the ScapeCraft folder into the mods folder. I also have three or four other mods in my mods folder like Rei's minimap, but I don't know if that has anything to do with what i'm talking about. I don't know what else to help you help me, but if you need information on something, I can probably tell you. Thanks a lot, and I hope we find a solution because i really, really want this mod.
I have 1.1.4 Minecraft launcher.Well is Athery's Ascended pack up to date? Or is it still 1.5.2? Because I downloaded that too and it didn't work either.
Hm..I'll give it a try.You mean in the Update Notes? Because i clicked it and it went to a webpage, and the other three tabs on the top don't have anything that says 1.5.2.
Ok, so i got this new Star Wars map that needs a Texture/Resource pack called Mine Wars. But Mine requires Minecraft version 1.5.2 How do i get a pevious version of Minecraft?

P.P.S. spnicrules's is proper grammar. In the book "The Elements of Style" by William Strunk Jr. and E.B. White, it says that putting just an apostrophe instead of an apostrophe and then an S in front of an S is incorrect. The school districts commonly teach their students that the proper grammar is just an apostrophe in front of an S.
So, I just have to wait until that screen changes to something like "Play Now"? That's doable, I gues I can hold my exitement a little longer. But guess what? I played the demo and there was this huge cave with a room with 2 chests with awesome loot and a skeleton spawner and an abandoned mineshaft but i tried to get on it but i fell into some lava. I'm looking for a desert temple too, I heard they have the best loot.
So I just bought and downloaded minecraft and it is not working or i am confused.

1. Bought Minecraft.
2. Went to E-mail.
3. Downloaded the Windows version.
4.Started it up.
5. Logged in.
Then it showed me a screen with a list of all the updates and at the bottom it said "Play Demo".
Whats up with that? Please tell me what to do or what i did wrong. I am really exited about playing Minecraft so please answer soon! Thanks guys!
