Have you ever been banned from a server before? If so, why? I have not been banned in the entire time that I've been playing Minecraft for.
How long have you been playing Minecraft for? I have been playing Minecraft for almost two years. I started playing during Beta 1.7.3.
How many servers have you been on before? I have been on numerous servers, which makes it impossible for me to give a precise amount. ^^"
How did you find out about Jackal's Den? I was browsing the forum for a new server to play on, and I saw this post.
Why do you want to join Jackal's Den? I enjoy playing on mature communities. It is extremely tedious and tiring to play on a server with 13 year-old admins and griefers everywhere. I also enjoy playing on servers with a whitelist, and protection.
Have you read the rules and agree to follow them? I have read all the rules and I promise that I will abide to them.
With a limited amount of player slots, why should you be whitelisted? I'm a (reasonably ) mature person. I'm mature enough to not ruin anyone's hard work. I'm decent at redstone contraptions, and I also enjoy working on large builds.

Bio (must be a decent size no one line bios please): Ever since I was a child, I was always different from the other villager children. I had a tendancy to come out at night, and howl at the moon. I grew up as an orphan, because my parents were taken by a group of knights in silver armor when I was very young. I still do not know what has happened to them. It happened one day when the same knights came to my house. They accused me of Lycanthropy, and tried to kill me. The animal instincts in me took over, and I destroyed every one of them. Ever since that day, I have been roaming the lands, hunting and running in the wilds trying to find my purpose.
