2.92 sounds great but I've just started using this and gotten the johnsmith textures so it matches my game textures, I'm holding off on updating until the textures get re-formatted for the new version.
Would it matter of those mods in question used the "new" modloader method of having the entire file in an archive in the /mods folder? Wouldn't it load the mods without having to modify the base classes?
Bummer though, I loved the old versions of BT, seeing one always made my world feel that much more enigmatic. Ruins will have to hold me over until these ever work together.
I'm trying to stay away from everything-Minecraft until the update's good and released but Endermen piqued a strange interest. Yeah, they're ****ing terrifying, and yeah, I'll probably annihilate the first one I see with one of my overpowered mod weapons, but within the day of the update there will probably be a mini-mod for those who really don't want to deal with them, which disables their spawn code.
Harder things have been modded in, so it's not a farfetched idea. I'll probably just work on more ways to clobber them so I don't **** my pants every time I find one.
What about DetCord as an additional explosive? Smaller radius than C4 by far, but you can make big twisting lines of it to mine large areas at once, plus it's easier to craft. Can be triggered by redstone.
Have slushies or iced drinks been suggested yet? There's little incentive to use the Ice Maker unless you plan on making an ice fort or something.
It'd work with apple and banana trees; take an ice block and throw it in the crafting table to get 4 crushed ices, mix them with a bowl of water and a respective fruit and bang, instant smoothie.
This is very nice but my problem with it is it uses vanilla textures. I use a compilation of GeruDoku assets and I can't use this since it doesn't match.
Is there any chance you can make a version of this mod that reads the terrain.png for the wool textures instead of having to include them in the mod?
That's awesome, but is there a way to turn that effect off? There might be a time when you want a large pad of trampolines but only with a certain amount of "spring" in it. Maybe a redstone current or controller block?

Oh, did you investigate Accelerator Ramp blocks/making Accelerators work with Kaevator's Ramps?

This gives me an idea, is there a way you can make Accelerator blocks attach to Kaevator's Slope blocks? Then we could do propulsion gel jumping!

Also, what about plastic fences? Same recipe but with plastic sticks.
