Ban reason: There was an argument going on and instead of banning Crazydude and I, he only banned me =/.
I don't know if teri was just upset at the time but he banned me for 5 hours . I can say that i am sorry for upsetting teri though.

Why I should be un-banned: I won't say a word when teri is around.. maybe by message. Just to be safe. Also a ban for killing someone and taking all of their stuff by trap in the mine is 1 hour. I was banned for 5 instead of just BEING MUTED, for an argument with CrazyDude.
I would just like to include that next time it should be a mute =/. It kind of sucks to be kicked from the only server you play on.
The problem has been delt with by the other staff members and owners. They did a wonderful job at fixing the problem and making things right. Very glad i get to continue from where i left off. It is a great server.
Don't join this server. As of right now i am most likely going to quit this server unless the wrong is done right. My in-game name is ChaosBubba. I was pvping and killing ppl which is not against the rules but the mod didn't like me killing so many ppl so when i went home (after dieing and losing my best stuff) i was hoping to make some more armour but events tooks a bad turn. The mod Galehn (i believe that is the name) teleyed into my house, broke my chests (one hit) and then drowned my house in lava. He said he didn't teley but found it instead but somehow knew it was mine? i dont think so. And the fact that he arrived at my house in the corner from no where as i got to my house... it just isn't right. I was doing fair pvp and nothing was against the rules. He said to stop spawn camping so i did. And then we had a war with couple of girls (where i lost my armour and died lol) but he instead griefed my house and then told reasons of doing it such as i was annoying, not following directions (wtf) and spawn trapping (it was a war and they spawned in front of us). I was then called poor and had no choice but to defend my self by using words to stop this case of cyber bullying.I yelled insults back at the others (he had another person make fun of me too) but they muted me. I want my stuff back and my house to be restored. The events that went down tonight are unacceptable and shouldn't be let free.
OH YES THIS IS INTERESTING!: As Galehn recalled,"Do u really think i am gonna risk everything? And lose my position i have worked so hard for" (something very close to that) This meant he knew he was breaking his rules set for him and didn't think i would actually put a report on this.
U can mail me at [email protected] so i know how this situation is being treated.
This is a case of cyber bullying just to let u know. This will not get a good review on your server if u have moderators that act like this. Please fix this. p.s i am in 1.4.2
