Ok I do have a little problem. I finished rerouting the cables today, but I can't get the system to turn on with the button. But when I short it with the screwdriver, it comes on...
Then you are having a problem with the wiring in the case, either the power connectors are faulty at some point between the switch and the motherboard connector or the connectors are not being plugged in correctly. You should be able to RMA the case for this issue or get a replacement front panel connector set if you can make sure you are plugging the wires in correctly.

    Its not.

    My setup:
    Intel i5 3570K
8GB Kingston HyperX Ram (Oooh, shiney)
    XFX R7770

I play with 30 fps on max settings.

It is, if you're only getting 30FPS with that computer you either have a virus or are doing something seriously wrong.

Does it say when It's going to restock? As in a restock date?
No, they could restock tomorrow or they could restock sometime next year, there's no way to tell when they will get products in until they have them. You can be sent an email notification to notify you the next time a product is in stock from Newegg, so doing that would be your best bet. AMD graphics cards are selling fast now because of online currencies such as Bitcoins which people still believe will be profitable so they are dumping money into computers for the sole purpose of mining these online currencies ( AMD graphics cards currently work better for this task so they are selling better then nVidia for this and because their GPUs typically offer better performance for a very close or even lower price then the nVidia counterpart ) so you would have to act fast when they restock if you want to get a better GPU.

Thanks for the help, so your saying cyberpowerpc.com rips people off? Would anyone also be willing to help me build a computer or give me a few suggestions possibly from newegg.com or amazon.com?
Yes they typically do by overpricing their computers by a large margin.

Typically around here builds are given through the website pcpartpicker.com which tells the cheapest sites to order the parts from, if you receive a link to a build click on the "Price Breakdown by Merchant" button beneath the large icons for "Benchmarks" and "Forums" near the top of the page ( On top of the parts list ) to see each seller and how much the total build would cost from one site as well as if the website has all of the components for sale.

If you can fill out the template in the thread linked below we will be able to better assist you with your purchase, but for the meantime I would recommend a build like this The build posted by Inconspicuous1337 is good although I would swap the power supply because the CX series are fairly mediocre units although they are not the terrible, burn your house down bad units that should be avoided at all costs.

We're just saying that you shouldn't pull random numbers out of the air and say that's what you're paying for the brand.

    Quote from Champ0807

It was a simplified explanation about the "hardware to brand" comparison in relation to what the average consumer would pay for the components,
It was a "dumbed down" explanation for the overhead costs of large companies compared to what the average consumer would pay for the components, I never claimed that it was a 100% accurate comparison for the extra cost put on products but the numbers are not completely made up. It was simply a way to take a quick look at the cost of parts for me or you and compare it to what big brands pricing is. The "brand" percentage was the extra cost you are paying for to get the product from a company such as Alienware, although it is not actually what the brand is making for the product it is what you are paying for to get the brand name, so in a sense the numbers were actually correct at least for one model.

It's not that simple, because companies don't get hardware at the same prices we do.
I know it's not that simple and that large manufacturers get components for much cheaper but because of that the you are paying for the brand name even more, if the manufacturer gets discounted components why do they need to have it priced 33% higher then what a regular person would pay for the components? I understand that they need to pay for marketing, hand out pay checks, etc. but considering that Dell and more specifically Alienware are a multi-billion dollar company I don't think their profit costs need to be that high per unit sold because they could most likely make back the price of components, marketing, employees, etc. and still have a bit of profit on a lower price increase. It was a simplified explanation about the "hardware to brand" comparison in relation to what the average consumer would pay for the components, not what the big name brands are paying.

I only had a problem with that you responded without reading my entire post and take a look at the context of the post, I have nothing to "get over" from your post because
    1. This is a forum with opposing view points from different people online and I am well aware of that
    and
    2. that is how debate / argument works.

Who the hell even knows what percent brand/hardware anything is. You all are just pulling random numbers out of your rear ends.
You take a look at the cost of a computer compared to how expensive it would be to build it yourself, the overhead price on the computer is profit for the brand and is therefore how expensive the "brand" itself is, so the numbers are not randomly made up.

But how long will the warranty usually last? I guess it depends on the seller.
The warranty of an individual component in a computer you build yourself is set by the manufacturer of the product, so no matter what website or store you buy from ( As long as the product is new and not second hand / used / from eBay ) then the warranty will be the same. Most components come with a one year or longer warranty with some components ranging into 5-10 year.

If you can convince your parents to let you build I would suggest something like this : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2ipb8

    - The case you choose is largely personal preference so feel free to change the case if you like the aesthetics of another more and it fits in your budget, just make sure the case does not come with a power supply ( Usually poor quality, inefficient units ) and can support an ATX motherboard. ( Or whatever form factor board someone else revises my build to )
    Quote from Webster16

Where can i get the best pre-built desktop?
Or parts that are all purchased in 1 big bundle/combo from the same website.
There's no one best brand or website to buy a computer from, so I would talk to your parents and possibly show them a few videos and determine if you can or cannot build the computer. If they are not comfortable having you completely assemble it yourself do you think they would let you swap out a power supply and add a graphics card? ( Just speculation at this point, you may or may not need to do this depending on the pre-built options we find if you need go that route. )

Basically I'm building a computer on a budget of $860.
Here is what I plan on getting ----> http://pcpartpicker....ooba/saved/2UqN
I'm looking to see if I should change anything without raising the price
I would get something like this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2iiZD

The only difference between the Source 210 and the Elite is that the Elite has USB 3.0 posts which your motherboard does not have a header for so you can save a few dollars there
RAM is RAM for the most part so I selected the cheapest ( In stock ) 8GB kit currently available
Cooler Master is usually not an ideal brand to buy power supplies from so I swapped the unit for a XFX 550W
I don't personally see a reason to get the Mad Catz keyboard as it uses membrane switches so I would recommend a cheaper version instead.

    Quote from Webster16

[G] 1. Popular brand name computer!
Define a name brand, most prebuilt computer manufacturers such as HP and Dell offer poor value computers which are unbalanced, overheat, and use very cheap power supplies which most of the time cannot deliver clean power or the rated wattage and can melt / catch fire / explode in some cases.

    [G] 3. 4th generation I5 processor "4th gen I3 is good"
On a budget of under $650 an Intel Core i3 or i5 processor will not be the best option, an AMD processor will give you better performance for the price and will most likely allow the computer to have a stronger graphics card, although the HD graphics in most Intel 4th generation processors are enough to play Minecraft.

[B] 8. DO NOT give me a build where I need to purchase all the parts from separate websites!
You can purchase most components from individual websites, the builds recommended here usually have multiple websites to buy from because the site commonly used ( pcpartpicker.com ) finds the cheapest website to buy from and provides a link to the product page. Would you be willing to build if the components are from one website or do you want a pre-built computer for sure?

Please read my post and understand what I was contradicting before posting a rude and unneeded post directed at me.
    Quote from Artjom95

Please do some research before YOU post man.
A friend of mine paid 1000€ and got a PC with extremely good GFX card, 32GB RAM, 1TB HD and some other stuff.
What use does your friend have for 32GB of RAM? What is considered an "extremely good GFX card"? What are the rest of the system specs? This build could be incredibly unbalanced from that description.

You seriosly think i am so stupid and let you get away with what you said?
Where did I insult your intelligence? Where did I post " Yay, Artjom95 hasn't responded so I am obviously superior"?
Get your information straight next time.
My information was straight, I simply contradicted what you said and proved that Alienware computers are not 90% brand and 10% hardware and that the pricing is more along the lines of 60% hardware and 40% brand like Babbaj stated above.
A self built PC can have much higher specs than one from ANY company at the same cost.
I am well aware of this fact, I built my computer to get a better value.
And about the proof? I don't give away my connections that easy man. I can get an extreme built for less than 700€, and a decent one for 300€
You stated that you can get a computer with the same specs as a 1500 pound Alienware for 300 pounds, which is completely false, a "decent computer" does not equate to a computer with the same specs. I am not attempting to defend Alienware and say that their computers are good for the money, I am well aware of how they are overpriced and you can get a better computer for the money however spreading lies about a company is unacceptable in my opinion.

    Quote from Artjom95

Nah. I can get the same specs for 300€, where an Alienware costs 1.5k€

"The same specs" does not equate to a "decent computer" for the same price, you claimed you could get the same specs for the same price and I contradicted this and proved your point incorrect, that was all.

It was released more than year ago and in PC part maket it's old...
If you consider that the R9 280X is a re-branded 7970 then it's a fairly new GPU by what the manufacturer is producing. Although the technology field moves fast a year old product is not old.

Prove it, and that's an 80% brand / 20% hardware split rather then the 90% brand / 10% hardware split you claimed above.

Alienware computers are not that overpriced, Babbaj was correct with his estimation of a 40% brand / 60% hardware price split. If I was to build a computer with the same specs as a $1500 ( Different currency I know ) Alienware desktop the parts would cost around $1000, the same goes for a computer in the UK, the Alienware desktop was 1598 pounds where the parts were just over 1000 pounds. Although you should not have to pay that extra premium for the brand and it is a considerable markup please do some research before posting false numbers.

posted a message on Hows this build?

True, but it is the same line (CX) that I have that has been serving me faithfully for a year now.
Wonderful, but that doesn't change the fact that you can get a higher quality unit for the same price

Also true, but as I said I am referring to this particular PSU from Corsair.
You stated the power supply was good because of the manufacturer, not because of anything else.

In fact, most do. Companies wouldn't be in business long if they were putting PSUs in their PC that only lasted a month.
You would be surprised how terrible some pre-built power supplies can be, some melt and or catch fire. As an example of the quality of these units - in 2010 Dell was caught shipping components that were known to be faulty, some of these were power supplies.
