I love the layout and uniqueness of the server

How old are you?: I am fourteen.

Why do you want to be a helper?: I've never played on your server/network, however I'd like to try something new. My limitations are factions, factions, factions. I never try anything new. Jump starting myself on a new server could be huge, especially that your "server" is a network. I've played on a network before, it was called SEAMS, up for almost two years, but the owner moved South USA to build a farm! Where they have no wifi! I could never live like that. But anyways, I'd like to be a part of your staff team, but not only that, just your community in general.

What can you do as helper?: I suppose I'm more active than most minecraft people. I am in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, and the Armed Drill Team, I compete from Daytona Beach, Florida, to Texas to California and the East Coast, and in Canada. That proves that when I am in something, I am completely dedicated. I learn how to be a good citizen in the AFJROTC. The Air Force's Cadet Mission is to develop citizens of character, dedicated to serving their nation and community, I prove myself in all aspects of being a leader in my community. I am also dedicated to serving my community and nation when I come of age. I serve at the least 4 hours community service weekly, and I have a job. I believe these skills could be of value to your server. I am a dedicated person.

Past Experiences: I owned my own server for about 9 months, but that is about it.

Do you know that asking a staff or admin will get your application rejected automatically?: I didn't know it was a rule, but I assumed it was.

How active would I (approximately) say to be, if accepted: I believe that the end of that question, "if accepted" is of no use to me, my activity on your network won't change if I am accepted or declined. If I am demoted, I will keep the same activity. I like playing and I don't let drama bother me. But I will dedicate multiple hours daily on weekends, and maybe 1-2 hours on weekdays. I go to school at 4:50 AM for Drill, and get out at 5:30 PM due to Crew. So my schedule is tight but I make time, and I have homework haha.

Tell us a joke!: It's a riddle actually.

One night, a fisherman and a baker went into a closet, there was nothing in the closet when they went in, totally empty. When they came out the next morning, there were three people in the closet that came out, (yes s/he was human!) who was the third person?

Rate yourself on a maturity scale of 1 - 10 (10 being very mature, and 1 being not at all): 9 or 10.

Why do you think you would be a good staff/build member?: I present qualities that will show you that I am a good staff member for your server. I am mature, responsible and I present leadership qualities that some others do not have. I am in ROTC Drill Team at school, I learn all these qualities that I stated and more. I am in athletics as well, so I learn discipline and how to retain and follow orders from my elders. I show careness and I am very nice, I volunteer at a Elderly Center, 80+ and I talk with the elderly and take care of them for no pay at all.

Scenario: Player A & B are arguing and disturbing the game
environment, you are the only staff member online...What do you do?: I am not a tyrant, I would tell them they have to resort to either skype or messaging, and it has to be resolved in a healthy manner. If they disobey my request, I would give them one final time to do it. If not, I would mute them each for 3 and a half minutes. I've done all sorts of mutes in my time as Owner. I found out that three and a half minutes gives the human brain enough time to calm down and resort to thinking of a resolution. But, not all humans are the same. If the argument continued on public chat I would order them to leave the topic, resolve the topic, or leave the server for a period of time to cool down. Sometimes cool-down periods can restrict anger. This would resolve the situation indefinitely. However, if it continues I'd have to resort to long-term mutes such as thirty - one hour mutes. Hoping they will end this disturbance.



What expertise can you bring to this server?: All the things you listed on "If you want to be staff you must be" and more, I am a good builder, but not great, if needed I can perform as extra builder, but I am applying for Mod. I am a mature level-headed person and I'd love to become staff member on your server. My activity on minecraft can be one thing that will change your mind. I am very dedicated to Minecraft. I am very good on console and plugins, if such things require of me.

How can your server benefit from these expertise?: Maturity and Activity are probably the most needed things in a staff member, which I show both. Sometimes all a staff member requires is activity. Nobody will act out or hack when Staff members are actively online. However, I offer maturity to the table, leadership and responsibility. Players will look up to me and become strong, well-hearted members. We will form a family or community, it's like sportsmanship comradery (Which is forming a strong bond between people in tight knit communities.)




Additional information about yourself (optional): I am in highschool, but I offer huge activity towards the server, depsite the schoolwork. I spend large quantities of time learning about responsibility, maturity and leadership, as I am on the ROTC Drill Team for highschool. ROTC is at 6 am every morning, so this program will not affect my gameplay. I am athletic and love talking to members of the server.
