How can i create an item (Like a spawn egg) that summons an already tamed wolf?

So, i've been playing MCPE with my friends with Multiplayer Master and it works very well, but here's my question: Is there a way to use Multiplayer Master and blocklauncher at the same time? It not, is there another way to play multiplayer with mods like this?

So, i'm new to ModPE and i want to ask for help if someone knows the functions i need to:

• Make a custom mob attack any mob the player hits.
• Make a custom mob follow the player who summoned it.
• Make the mob die if the player who summoned it died aswell.
• Remove or add an item to a player's inventory.
