Ι will answer to your question.... It is just A BAD UPDATE!!! You say we need more strategy in this game rather than spamming the mouse button. Imagine skywars with shields and melee cooldowns and all these wierd stuff. It is impssible to play minecraft without normal swords. How will you fight the wither? It spams projectiles at you. And come on now!!! FLYING IN SURVIVAL MODE???!!! . It is the recent snapshot with the fairy wings.

Dude, dont blow up, there is positives! Minecraft is more about realism than fairytales right? So spaming a sword may not be that bad... if changed. If the liter swords (Ex: wood) swung faster than the rest maby it would be more balanced. Also There was GLIDING added in the snap, not flying. Pluse, its way underpowered as you have to defeat the enderdragon to find it. Going back to the realism thing, its like if you downloaded a glider mod. y u complane about it when mojang adds it, when everyone wants better ways to get around in single player anyway? Atleast its not tping like in pluggins were you /home to get home. So dont rage, Kill cows instead.
omg forgot about slime blocks. Also, a guy made a player launcher allrready. ill link it. Also if anyone could tell me how to test if a player is looking strait up, thad be nice.
