Lockdown Prison is the best thing that has happened to my 'gaming life'. I still remember the time I found out about it; my friend's brother was on a block party at a sleepover, and I was bugging him for about an hour to give me the server's address. When I got on, it took me a long time to rank up, as I had no idea what I was doing. I get a rush of nostalgia every time I think about the old days (100+ people on).
Unfortunately, all things must pass. You can't say it's lockdown's fault; a bunch of prison servers are dying, because the minecraft fanbase is becoming mostly 9 year olds who just go to their favourite youtuber's favourite server. I cannot thank MsVerita enough for creating and upholding such a great community; even in the darkest times, you're still there, making sure everyone's alright.
And thank you to the wonderful community. Shoutout to doodlecatt, Catsy, 3632, spaztix(wherever you are now xD) and Th3C0ld for becoming my first great friends on the server. It's been a great experience, and it's a shame others will not be able to enjoy Lockdown Prison to the extent of when we were a very popular server.

I'm going to have to resign as of now, as I just finished exam period and realised I can't do any school work if I spend my time on games. You may have noticed I've been very inactive, and never on for more than an hour- I'm getting around 3 hours weekly, not even half the required time. I've also just gotten a new computer, and when I can play games, I'm normally on games like TF2 and DOTA2, as well as working out how the hell I'm supposed to play Garry's Mod.
Thanks for the great 1.5 months, and bai. No, I'm not quitting, i'll try to be on a bit.

In all seriousness though, I would like to Formally introduce myself. I have had past experiences with prison servers (I have been playing one for nearly 2 years) and I feel that Lockdown has huge potential to gain players once again (Like it did before from what I heard in-game). It just needs a little encouragement and support. I would like to offer my abilities to improve your server in any way. For example, I noticed your OP was a little bit messy and difficult to navigate. Hell, I couldn't find the IP I had to go on a little google hunt to find it. I have been experienced with Photoshop for over a year now. If you're willing to consider, I could put some of my free time into making a new OP for you. It would be more organized and pleasing to the eye then your current one (No offense, yours works just as well). If you have any ideas, need help, or just someone to talk to, hit me up with a PM on these forums. Hope to see all you guys In-Game

I was moving coal blocks and coal around in my backpack and inventory, and.. I reopened my backpack, and they were just, well, gone. I lost 64 + 61 coal blocks, and I worked really hard for these. Are there any chances of getting these back?
Well, this certainly isn't your regular chatmod application. To stand out from other competitors, I've given a unique twist to my application. The questions will be asked in an interview like manner, with questions and answers recorded in minecraft chat.
NOTE: While the interviewer is clearly minecraftkid4651, she is not the person behind the name. I hooked up an easy command to manipulating a character's chat and used it on my private server. All the text that I wrote under her name has been approved by her, and is free to the internet's viewing.
In total time, this application took about 4-5 hours to create. So, without further ado, My ChatMod Application Interview

There's a parallel universe for every decision ever made by any person or thing, but I can't see too many with this app being accepted.
Really, at this point all you have is a few lines of grey text filled with spelling and grammar mistakes.
What you need to add in:
* Colour
* Formatting
* Detailed answers
* Effort
The application system is a way to show that you really are a great candidate for mod, and a few unfininished, ugly(sorry, the colour D:) sentences won't cut it. Make sure you fix up your application before you repost. Good luck!

While Lockdown 2.0 testing was in progress, I bought the 1 month donor, and was told I would recieve it when the server opened. I've not been given the rank, however. Is there an ETA on when these donations (not donation transfers from old server) will be given out? Thanks.
