I have Just Insatlled Multicraft on my Windows Server and i am currently Setting Up that my users can create a MySQL database.
For the MySQL i am using the latest WampServer with Phpmyadmin.
I am facing a small issue that when creating a database, It successfully creates the User in the MySQL but it was unable to assign the random password it creates. so when that player logs in they log in with the username it gives them and use no password, If you use the password it gives you then it will error saying #1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server
I have set up the Panel Configuration to user the root user and root has ALL PRIVIAGES. i have a password assign to the root user and its correct.
does anyone know how to fix this? i cant find any info how to fix this issue anywhere.

Fixed it. I removed WampServer and installed Apache,php5,mysql,phpmyadmin by them self, not as a wamp Package.
