    My most feared mob?
Creepers. One time during alpha I was digging a tree out and I had sound off. I has mining the tree and turned backed and the creeper instantly blew up and I almost died of a heart attack. Seriously. I jumped out of my chair and screamed.

Oh my gosh, I scream all the time while playing Minecraft! I hate it when monsters blindside me like that. What's worse, I used to scream like a little girl as a joke while I was with my friends, and guess what? Screaming like a little girl is my natural reaction now. Be careful what you joke about.

(haha, actually, that's the evil Lord Morgorath's bridge to bring in the evil Wargals to destroy the world)

    Just look at his picture.

Wow, that's embarrassing. Especially since I'm a diehard Ranger's Apprentice fan. Anyhoo, on to the above avatar:

The machines have taken over! Jonathan Coulton failed!

Pff hahah you still don't know that baby zombies are easy to kill even through they are running fast and fix through 1x1 block? Seriusly one hit and they are dead...THEY ARE EASY

probably zombies...Those guys can see you from far far away

Ummm... A person afraid of adult zombies has no right to ridicule another. We all fear a certain mob due to an achilles heal of our own. Some think Skeletons are pushovers, but I hate them. Creepers are almost universally hated, but I think that with a decent knock back capability I could best them no sweat. Don't pretend you're better than everyone else because you have an unusual weakness.

Skeletons. Bows are the only sure fire way of getting rid of them, and it's a pain getting more arrows. Plus, a skeleton just killed my dog in my survival world while I was being chased by some baby zombies. So yeah, I guess I hate them now too.

Wouldn't it differ depending on difficulty level too?

I don't get rid of stuff right now, but I'm working on this trench lined with cacti around the walls of my base. So, I plan to just chuck stuff down there from atop my wall.

    Quote from SpartanBlockhead

Basic schoolwork can be done on practically any modern machine. What games specifically are you playing?

Well, definitely Minecraft. I have a mac now, and some day I want a pc so I can run mods. I know there are a lot of space sims coming out, so those would be cool too. Right now I'm most interested in Alienware computers.

It's not too long before I have to get a computer for college, and it's never too early to start planning. So what is a computer with the best of both worlds? I'm not getting a laptop any time soon, so there's no need to talk about a budget. Just wondering.

The knife idea is definitely a keeper, and the idea of bonus damage while sneaking is excellent. It should have very small durability, iron inflicting the most damage but only good for one use.

I'm not entirely sure about the crossbow, but it might be good. It should be more accurate and more powerful, but it should have a positively sluggish recharge. (so it's more of a weapon to soften up an opponent before you finish him off with melee. Muskets and pistols should be super expensive (like one or two gunpowder and an iron ingot per shot) and a slower recharge than the crossbow, but so powerful that it's an insta-kill for weaker mobs.

War axes should just be upgrades for regular axes via the anvil, and longswords can be obtained through the anvil as well.

Lances would be excellent as a weapon solely for horse riding, causing massive damage but breaking after one use, and causing very little damage if the target gets you first.
