I've been on the server for some time, and just now I came across this strange glitch, making my game unplayable. o_o
Not long ago I was on the server for at least an hour, exploring huge caves and doing some mining. I then went back to my base and stored most of my items in chests, including putting a stack of paper into a shulker box and putting the shulker box into an ender chest. I then grabbed 2 stacks of redstone blocks (to buy a new shulker box) and teleported to Spawn. However, the teleportation failed, so I disconnect and logged in again.
I found myself back in my base, with no redstone blocks in my inventory, and the number of torches in my hot bar was reset to the amount before I entered the caves. I checked the chests in my base, and all the items were still there, including ores I got in the past hour. However, when I look into my shulker box in the ender chest, the stack of paper was gone. Both the redstone blocks and the paper were nowhere to be found (not in chests or at Spawn). I checked the caves I've been to, and all my exploring progress seemed undisturbed (torches and blocks I placed were still there). I then stored everything in my inventory in a chest A.
I reset Minecraft and logged in again, only to find myself in my base again with the same items in my inventory . The only thing different is that the items I placed in chest A were still there, meaning I've duplicate my gear. I tried several times resetting Minecraft, The same thing happened every time, items in chest A duplicated, and I'm back in the exact same spot in my base again, no matter where I go.
My internet connection was fine all the time. I did similar tests with other servers, but nothing strange happened there. I know this is quite confusing, and the effects may be temporary. Just wanted to report my case, incase similar situations happened again. I lost 132 redstone block (a new shulker box) and a stack of paper (a few emeralds) in the process
Apperently the effects were permanent. My inventory is now working fine but those redstone blocks are gone forever ;_;
Why are you asking for Skype, when we know absolutely nothing about your server? I would love to know more about the server without giving you my Skype.
I cannot see any skin of any players (including mine), and I dunno what I'm suppose to do to fix it. I tried logging out and logging in, reinstalling Minecraft, changing skins etc.
I tested on several popular servers (hypixel, mineplex etc.), but all I can are default Steve and Alex skins.
This problem has been troubling me for days now, and I really want to fix it.

I have a few questions though.
- Do players own plots, or do they claim their own land (by using commands or such)?
My skin was working fine 2 days ago. It was a skin I've been using since Minecraft 1.8, and it's based on the Steve(standard) Model.
Yesterday I uploaded a new skin based on the Alex(slim) Model. "Your skin has been changed! It will take a couple of seconds for it to update." was shown after the upload.
However, when I launch Minecraft, my character is using the default "Alex" skin instead. I tried re-uploading, re-launching Minecraft, re-login my Minecraft account, changing game versions. Nothing worked.
I triple-checked my skin and it's completely normal.
I even tried uploading several different skins I used in the past. This time, my character changed into the default "Steve" skin with the Alex(slim) Model, which is just weird.
I tried changing it on both the regular "Minecraft for Windows" and "Minecraft Beta for Windows10". My skin still won't change.
Here's the thing: I see other people's skins on servers. It's just mine that is not showing.

I then use the Skindex skin editor to change my original skin to a new one (B) based on the Alex model.
I uploaded (B) to my profile on Minecraft.net and chose the Alex model. "Your skin has been changed! It will take a couple of seconds for it to update." is shown after the upload.
When I launch Minecraft, my character is using the default Alex skin instead of what I've uploaded. I tried relaunching Minecraft and tried uploading (B) again, but that didn't work.
I even tried reinstalling Minecraft. Nothing happened.
Later on I tried reapplying (A) using the Steve model, which worked perfectly before. That didn't fix it either. Instead my character now has the Steve skin with the Alex model.
At this point, none my skins work. I also tried a few I downloaded from the internet. Nothing changed.

I cannot download anything from the http://optifine.net/downloads.
When I click on "Download", it goes to adf.ly. After I skipped the ad, I end up in http://optifine.net/adloadx?f=OptiFine_1.10.2_HD_U_D4.jar, but did not trigger the download.
I tried several browsers, tried the "(mirrior)" link, and did a few download tests with other files on the internet. I just cannot download Optifine.
I'm using Windows 10 and my internet connection is very stable. Am I missing something here?
