I find that odd coming from someone well younger than the person applying. Really doesn't seem feasible to have a more "adult" like server when the co-owner is 13, barely. Just saying.

Tea party, sushi, and a badass christmas tree that didn't make it into contest before winner was announced! I honestly would've voted for this build by 2ebras. Made in such short time and absolutely amazing! And Luna's sushi rabbit house! I can't wait to build in Sushi town!
for some reason whenever I'm staying at my moms i can't connect to the server but i can connect to any other server. but when I'm at my dads i can connect to the server. i have no clue whats wrong. I've restarted my router/modem and my computer and deleted all of minecraft and had it download a new .jar and everything. no clue what to do
Be sure the right java stuff is running. I think you must have a different version than the newest. This is just a guess. i would look into it though. Adobe and java cause probs when not right for some stuff.
But.. I have no back command and im defined as just a "member". Also, no access to kits, and all my lvls from everything are at zero. Looks like i need a tune up Mash or Aegis, can you look into this? THANK YOU:D
I finally played in creative! It was a lot of fun and I learned just a smidge from the experience. I will continue experimenting with it to make my builds even better. Glad to see some of us are in the christmas spirit! Welcome new players... lets build something great!
Legend, for some it will be celebrating something religious, for me, it will be doing whatever I FEEL like and I'll probably craft while eating and drinking all day long Do you have anything you'd like to suggest for those of us interested? We could community build something or anything! I don't have any cool items to give away so I can't make that happen, but anything else, lets brainstorm
It should contain an area for the rules to go aswell as space for more things if needed!

I won't lie, this just isn't that exciting to build over a holiday :/ Also, we have many new peeps coming all the time. I would like to ask that a build contest posting be somewhat organized, similar to our server app. Maybe something along these lines...
Build contest: describe build
Build size limitations: put none if none apply
Start date: Put date in which contest begins
End date: Put end date - be specific. Players come from all over the world and not everybody is in the same day most times.
Voting end date: Definitely describe when voting will cease and winner announced.
Prize: List the prize, if any, so everyone has extra incentive to participate.
Another suggestion would be give at least a week notice of community events and drop parties. I understand this takes some organizing and commitment, but I also understand those commitments have already been made by taking a fancy staff position This would be helpful to everybody. Seeing a post the same day that it is going to be happening is only for those who might already be on right then. Having a set time a week prior allows for planning to attend. A reminder the day before or day of would be awesome and I believe would increase attendance.
I'm not a huge fan of grid patterns to begin with, but its to the point where some entrances are spilling onto the streets
What do you mean by the entrances are spilling onto the streets? You mean the entrance is real close to the street? I do like the look of the streets aside from being grid They look clean and aesthetically appealing :}
Devonia's basic road structure and outline is there for any who want to build plus we have a hyper rail to the city.
