If you're looking for a mature, vanilla server, then Realm of Halcyon extends an invitation to anyone who wishes to find a stable home with good friends. I thought this server was very unique and it's sad to see it go.
I finally played with the new version last night and OH MY GOD the Netherbrick is GORGEOUS! You can watch me drool over it in the first ten minutes of the stream VoD:

I was informed by a friend about this server , having some requirements before joining seemed perfect , i applied , and not only got the email about being accepted and getting the servers ip , i was also mentioned in servers' post in minecraftforum , yet i am not whitelisted. I asked for further information and i got nothing than 'That was an error blabla ". I've never been banned in any game or anything so i cant really find a reason about this situation.
I do apologize for the error about the whitelist e-mail, it was not intended to be sent to you. That e-mail was sent in a batch to many players and your address ended up on it by accident. (I'm new to using Google Forms and the interface is terribly confusing.) However, your application did not meet our standards. Like I said in e-mail, I wish you the best in finding a server home. Have a good day.
