Hey everyone! Today I'm bringing you a story-driven adventure map, Exordium! It is just a demo at the moment, and I'm hoping you guys like it. Exordium is a world of adventure, mystery, and plot twists! Play it, and become immersed in the world, that is Exordium!
It is recommended that you play with the texture pack included, simply because that is what I used to make the map, but any ol' texture packs should do.
pretty good but it doesn't tell you how how to place or destroy blocks and when you spawn you can't see the look instructions!
Edit: it also doesn't explain biomes, weather or item ranks!
As far as movement, I think that's a given, same with look instructions.
And for the rest of it, that's not somethign you need to know as soon as you start...
Neat little tut, Fizzy. I was thinking of doing something like this myself :smile.gif:
You regret buying a game, which was obvious to fail in every aspect? Big surprise there...
I don't think it was destined to fail. I enjoyed the singleplayer content, and the multiplayer was fun at first. It was just getting repetitive. I just need a different style of FPS, or just another game entirely...
I should probably start pooling my cash for Skyrim >.>
I enjoyed it quite a lot, but about the time I hit the Jungle was when the game died for me. I had a ton of fun, but by the time I got to the third zone, it just felt like I was running on a hamster wheel.
If you're a fan of comics, there's a game called Champions Online. It has a free to play option, but it's more restricted than the pay to play game. I used to play it for a while, and I'd highly reccomend it.
So, I stood in line November 7th from 6pm to 12am on November 8th. I was excited, I was one of the first people to own Modern Warfare 3. Now, I wish I never shelled out the 60 bucks.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Modern Warfare 3. The campaign was quite fun, and the survival mode was awesome! But even with multiplayer, I haven't loaded up MW3 in over two weeks now. It doesn't have the same appeal to me as it used to, and I think it's because of Battlefield.
For a long time, the only Battlefield game I had played was Battlefield: 1942. I liked the game, but it had been so long since I had played it, battlefield had left my thoughts. For the past few years, Call of duty games have caught my eye. And I've loved them. But then, I went over to a buddy's house one day and played some Battlefield Bad Company 2 on XBOX Live. And I have to say, I LURVED it. I had so much more fun on it than I had on any other Call of Duty game. Now, I'm regretting buying MW3, I really wished I had gotten Battlefield 3.
