"Talking like some sort of autist" involves putting **** between *'s to say you're doing something, spelling words incorrectly on purpose, abusing emoticons, or spewing the most retarded phrases I have ever seen, repeatedly, with no end in sight.

I'll dam up the river and slowly drain the section that I suspect you're in.
