The app is a world explorer. It simply allows you to view and edit saved minecraft world folders. It uses custom textures and sounds, and Notch has not yet decided to ask for the app's removal. The community gets a fun way to play minecraft on the go, Mojang gets more press, and the developers make a few bucks. Everybody wins - except anonymous, yowling, rabid fans such as yourself who wish to serve as Notch's personal army.
The app has been on sale for weeks, if Notch had a problem with it, he'd have said so sometime in the two weeks since it became available.
As for those who think the app is fake, use some common sense - Apple has to approve every individual app, and one which promises a 3D environment, but instead provides and charges for something faked, is against the false advertising restraints in the App Store's ToU. Also, how about you google it, youtube is flooded with video reviews.
All requests will be done sometime tomorrow or after that, I already plowed through half the requests just haven't had a chance to upload them, off to study X-x

Hey there, I was having a blast earlier in SkyWorld, building that giant Mario statue, until this *****, "therookaam" comes online, dismantles it, and then TNT's my house. I documented the ordeal.
