Not anytime soon as far as I know. If he tweeted it, it might have just been a random idea, or a joke, so maybe never. And how would pandas add "a whole new feel to the game"? They are just a new mob.

I really doubt that. I'm pretty sure it will still move at pig-speed. It's not meant for fast transport, it's just a little fun thing to mess around with.

It does, but why does it matter? The gameplay isn't anything like minecraft. It's just a pointless background. And cube like worlds aren't anything new. I think minecraft is just copying Q-Bert.

This is in the wrong section, and you should really have more information about your map. Like a screenshot of something at least. A short paragraph isn't really enough.

I really see no issue for this. It would be really helpful for people who don't have the best computers and need to test if Minecraft will run good on their computer. I know I would have liked to do that before I bought the game.

It is a glitch. Why shouldn't mobs spawn on half slabs? It's a flat, solid opaque surface. Just because the game treats it as a transparent block doesn't mean it should act like one. And since they are fixing it, it obviously wasn't intended.

I'm glad they are fixing it. It's exploiting the mob spawning system. I don't really think it's that big of a deal. Who cares if you have some mobs possibly spawning on your roof, unless your roof is huge, it's a small chance they will still spawn on it anyway. You just have to be more careful when you leave your house after the night. It's not a major annoyance, unless you have excessively been abusing a glitch. And everybody saying that it's been in the game long enough to be a feature. That is a terrible argument, so if they don't fix the lighting glitches, will those become a feature in a while?

They should be removing it from game soon. But not like as it is matters. The block vanishes after a few moments of being placed down.

They can't really remove it though. Since if anybody has any placed in their world, or in their inventory. It will get corrupted.

One, it doesn't matter if it involves emerald, it's still a suggestion. And a fully charged arrow shot is already critical 100% of the time. And neither of those things make sense to use as an arrow head.

Almost done with the terrain now! Then to maybe do a couple mobs, and a few items. (And I still haven't taken in-game screenshots) I'm probably going to change the dirt, cobble, and red flower by the end. I don't like how they look.

I did more of the terrain. I'll take pictures in game later today. I'm still stuck on dirt and stone. I just can't find a way to make them look good. And those are arguably the two more important blocks. I'll figure something out eventually.

I guess I'll try this. Sounds challenging. I don't have minecraft on this computer, so...here is the terrain.png. No ingame screenshots yet.
