9. Reason why you should be accepted: I have played minecraft for 14 months (alpha FTW) and have only found a handful of servers that really capture my imagination. I have watched several videos on your server and it looks awesome. I also feel I have a lot to contribute and cannot wait to start playing.

1) Why do you wish to be a guard? I have seen this servers guards go from bad to worse and I would like to end this cycle.
2) How long have you been playing the server? (Minimum of 3 days) 2-3 weeks
3) Do you understand that abusing your powers as guard will lead to you being stripped of your status and maybe even banned? Yes, I understand that Noakii doesn't like when people abuse their powers.
4) Why are you a good choice for guard? Being free, I have a lot of experience on this server. I know the rules that guards frequently brake and will strive to help others not make these careless mistakes. I want to improve the server and that is my only goal.
5) What are some things that you can help fix during your time as guard? I want to stop people who take advantage of non-pvp zones. Oh, and I also want to stop people who attack people that run to the block store to sell their stuff. I remember when I was a C-Prisoner that was the thing I hated the most, and the guards did nothing to stop it.
6) What do you think about the current guards? Do you think they should act differently in certain situations? Umm... not very good. I think they should be more down to earth. Most guards feel as though they are the absolute authority in the prison. I will try to be a guard that cooperates with the prisoners while making sure those who cause trouble will be punished. As an ex-prisoner I know having a guard that is too aggressive can be a pain.

Guard admittance has been revamped. Users will be selected based more on their application, experience, and maturity than their PVP skills. (Though PVP is still important) Guard tests are no longer necessary. A group called "Trainee Guard" may be implemented in the future. The guard rules and application template have also been tweaked. See the front page for more details. Also, one change that we want feedback about: -Guards not dropping armor on death.
This will limit the circulation of these items and make acquiring armor and killing guards more challenging.
It will also make it easier on newer players, who at the moment get camped way too often.
Diamond swords as well as any other items the guard was carrying will be dropped on death.

Yes I approve, but you need to make diamond swords not drop as well. When I was in C-cell I had about a small chest full of diamond swords, besides armor means nothing when there are 10 people running around courtyard with diamond swords.
Ben brought up some good points as well, the outlaw area does need to be fixed. For this to run correctly the karma system needs to be fixed as well, every time the server is reset, karma does as well. I have heard about elite plots, but do not know how they would work. They do sound interesting though. The lava maze is a challenge and I believe it should be made easier and the prize should be increased from 1k to somewhere around 5k. The cacti farm is a total disaster in my opinion, you don't get much money, 1/2 of the cacti is destroyed, and you get hurt from bumping into the cacti. Fishing is the worst; it accomplishes nothing. It's boring and slow to earn money, it needs to be changed.
A-cell and B-cell need more thing in them. C-cell has 3 things in it, B-cell has 3 things in it as well, the same goes for A-cell it has 3 things, while elite has 6 things! As it does provide a motive to move up in ranks, I believe it should work more as a ladder C-cell: 3 things, B-cell: 4 things, A-cell: 5 things, and elite: 6 things. But this is just an idea.
On a closing note, I am currently an elite prisoner and have seen the architecture improve as I have moved up in ranks. I think you should redo C-cell, B-cell, and the center piece of A-cell (the thing made of ore blocks). By the way, the player market place and elite are phenomenal, great architecture, good use of space, and productive.
