I can vouch for the authenticity of that site as i'm using their .jars currently with absolutely no problems.
BUG REPORT:
6/10/13
1. I had a problem with crashing on both a server and in single player at night time when the black/white mobs start shooting lightning at you. It looked like it would only cause a crash if the mob was allowed to shoot more than 4-5 bolts of lightning, in another instance we were able to kill it before it shot that amount and it did not cause a crash.
2. Noticed that several items disappear when right-clicked, such as the dart shooter. Not sure if this is actually a bug or if this is intended.
3. Whilst in a dungeon, something poisoned me with the Slowness effect, when the timer ticked down to zero that poison lasted for almost 5 minutes afterwards, again I'm not sure if the poison is supposed to last that long and the timer is the glitch or what but I thought I'd bring it up.
4. Overal the Aether realm is pretty stable for an Alpha release but I was noticing what I would liken to the "lag spike of death" while walking around. It did not occur whilst in a dungeon.
Will continue to play tomorrow and report what I find, but for now its time to sleep.

Hey BP and Morpheus! I'm really loving what you've done with the map/ story line so far, you've done an awesome job. I finally took out one of the three spawners in Ch. 5. You guys definitely know how to make a hard battle lol. Thanks for the awesome map!
We spent a good chunk of dev time to test the battles out, and we took a good bit of inspiration from MGPlatinium, that man knows how to make a difficult map! Also thank you for playing the map all the way through!
I just started this map last night, and so far I love it! I haven't finished exploring the mines, I've been distracted by building a house--that turned into a castle by accident o.O Anywho, I can't wait to see what happens next!
EDIT: Umm.. Did you build those mines? Wow.... I'm going to be here forever! XD

hey MGplatinium, when i try to download EAF, it just downloads a folder. I cant find the map file anywhere in the folder. How do I download the actual map?
It should have downloaded a .zip file. Unzip that file, take the map folder and put it in your "saves" directory inside your .minecraft folder, then take the Texture pack file and put it in your "texturepacks" folder inside your .minecraft folder. Launch Minecraft and the map should now be an option on your single player world selection screen.

It must be you because I just checked the links and their still functional. However Mediafire has been experiencing some downtime which may have caused AdFly to point to a page that was unavailable at that time. Thats my best guess
