Sounds like you'd need Multicraft and that comes at an additional cost, if you're not wanting to go with Shared Hosting you'd be best with a VPS, but obviously, you'd then have to get someone to install a Control Panel for you, or set your server up for you.
You'd probably be best with Shared Minecraft Hosting by the sounds of it.

Why not just go with OVH? Most hosts here will just try to resell an OVH server to you. $50/m is very low for a dedicated server, I would recommend a high-end Xen VPS.
I was gonna go with ovh but I have no idea on how to install like FeedTheBeast. Please pm me if you do. Also I am up for Xen VPS's.
Won't let me craft iron tinkers tools. There's no errors in the forge log and it shows up as a tool tip but doesn't give me the tool rode or pickaxe head.
