    Hey. I have this problem where if I open youtube or OBS in the background behind the minecraft window ( mc window full screen ) i get this weird stuttering mouse movement. If i have a video playing in the background, it'll stutter. I have normal fps, but it feels like lag. That's the only way i can describe it. It doesn't REALLY lag, it just feels laggy. This is Technoblade's video. If you watch at 6:13 or there, and look closely you can see he had the same problem. If you can help, please help. thank [ I use 1.8.9 java, and everything is up to date, and my drivers for graphics aswell ]

    if you use a 60 hz monitor like I did, then you can get the full feel.

    Hello. I have a problem with my mouse-movement in Minecraft. It often happens, but not always. The movement is not smooth. If I make small movements with my mouse I get gigantic screen tearing ( which you can't see ). If I move fast with my mouse you can't see it. I don't have it in F11 and I don't want to play windowed. I might have done something in NVIDIA, but not sure. Not sure if you can see it but here: -

    Attemps of fixing:

    Updating Java

    Updating drivers

    Changing things in nvidia

    using different mice and monitor.

    Using V-sync and without

    It's very smooth in 1.9+. but under that it's just very weird to move the mouse. Like, it stops for a second and starts and there's like a lag in the movement.

    If you could help, please do.

    Specs: 64 bit, r5 2600 processor, GTX 1050 TI, 16gb ram DDR4 3200mhz.
