I'm trying to use the clear water feature but the chunks don't make the water clear until I go up to them and place a block like the current vanilla minecraft lighting glitches. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
Sadly. im pretty sure there are no codes. some people say that. but there isn't a code. its when you buy the ticket and insert your username that it gives you the cape. and since minecon is over. no one can change the username on the ticket.
That was last year but this year they're allowing people to give away their cape.
Here's the email that was sent out during Minecon.
IT doesn't. When filling out the Minecon tickets you needed to enter the MC username. The cape activation link only works for the MC username which was filled out on the tickets. Want to buy my account?
That's what people thought before Minecon. As shown in the email, people have the option to give another player the cape.
I'm thinking about buying a 24/7 dedicated server just for the heck of it. If all goes well and many people enjoy it, I'll continue paying for it. The plan was to make a pvp/raiding "hardcore" survival server but those are too common so that is why I decided to create this thread.

So I left out a bit of detail because I didn't think it affected it. It stops triggering the dispenser twice when I add wire above the glowstone above the repeater.
I already have this very simple design and I'd rather keep it that way.
This is very confusing. The one before I made this example was working and it was in the same direction. Why isn't it working all the time? As I said in the original post, the reliability is the main problem.
Edit: I cycle through the ticks of the repeater and it starts working again.

This shows it's not a directional bug.
